Objective: To observe the expression of corticosterone, adrenal CYP19A1 and VDR in serum of aging rats by aerobic exercise.Experimental methods: 40 SD male rats at 4 weeks of age were randomly divided into control group(C),exercise group(E),aging group(D),exercise-suppressed aging group(A),and aging exercise group(DE),five groups, namely C,E,D,DE,A,8 in each group, normally reared for 8 weeks, weighing 350 g ~ 400 g,rats were caged.A rat model of aging was established: subcutaneous injection of D-galactose 0.05 mL/50 g in the aging group, aging exercise group and exercise-suppressed aging group. The control group and the exercise group were injected subcutaneously with an equal volume of normal saline for 8 weeks. The aerobic exercise model was established: the medium-strength treadmill exercise was used. After 8 weeks of injection, the control group was normally reared. The exercise group and the aging exercise group first had a one-week adaptive training, and the running speed and exercise time were gradually accelerated during the exercise.Then,6 days of training per week for 8 weeks, the exercise-suppressed aging group began to exercise from the establishment of the aging rat model until the end of the aerobic exercise model, training 6 days a week for 16 weeks. The running platform slope is 0,the running speed is finally 1.1m/min,and the duration is 60 min.At the end of the intervention, the head was taken and the adrenal glands on both sides were removed. The level of corticosterone in the serum of rats was detected by Elisa, and the expression levels of CYP19A1 and VDR in the adrenal gland of rats were detected by Western Blot. The experimental data was analyzed using SPSS13.0 software.Results:(1)The serum corticosterone content in the aging group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The long-term moderate-load running exercise made the corticosterone level of the exercise group larger than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the corticosterone content of the aging exercise group.Compared with the aging group(P<0.05),the exercise-suppressed aging group was larger than the aging group(P<0.05),the aging exercise group and the exercise-suppressed aging group were not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)the senile adrenal CYP19A1 expression level in the aging group Less than the control group(P<0.01),the long-term moderate-load treadmill exercise resulted in higher expression of CYP19A1 in the exercise group than in the control group(P<0.01),and the aging exercise group was larger than the aging group(P<0.01)and the exercise-suppressed aging group.Compared with the aging group(P<0.01),the comparison between the aging exercise group and the exercise inhibition aging group was not statistically significant.(3)The expression level of VDR in the senile group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The long-term moderate-load running exercise made the VDR expression level of the exercise group larger than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the aging exercise group was larger than the aging group(P<0.01).<0.01),the exercise-suppressed aging group was larger than the aging group(P<0.01),and the aging exercise group and the exercise-suppressed aging group were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise can increase the expression of corticosterone in the serum of aging rats and the expression of CYP19A1 and VDR proteins in the adrenal gland.
