Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet In Preventing Arteriovenous Fistula Thrombosis In Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet in preventing AVF thrombosis and provide reference for its clinical application.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2018,57 hemodialysis patients(5 cases dropped out)who underwent fistula puncture for the first time in Enshi Central Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,26 cases in the treatment group and26 cases in the control group.The treatment group: Xuefu Zhuyu Tablets were given orally on the first day after operation;the control group: Dipyridamol Tablets were given orally on the first day after operation;they were taken continuously for 30 days.On the 1st,30 th and 60 th day after operation,color Doppler ultrasonography,blood routine and coagulation function were improved,blood flow,fistula area,platelet count,PT and APTT were observed and recorded.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no significant difference in fistula blood flow and fistula area between the two groups on the 1st and 30 th day after operation(P>0.05).There was significant difference in fistula blood flow and fistula area between the two groups on the 60 th day after operation(P<0.05);The blood flow of internal fistula in the control group was not significantly different from that in the control group on the 30 th and 60 th day after operation(P>0.05),and the rest had statistical significance(P<0.05);In the fistula area group,there was no significant difference between the control group on the first day and 30 days after operation(P>0.05),and the rest had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in platelet count,PT and APTT between the two groups on the 1st,30 th and60th day after operation(P>0.05),which was comparable;there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There was significant difference between the two groups on the 60 th day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet is effective in preventing AVF thrombosis,slightly better than dipyridamole Tablet.2.Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet has a significant effect on increasing blood flow and fistula orifice area,which is significantly higher thandipyridamole Tablet.3.Within 60 days after AVF,there were no obvious adverse reactions,suggesting that Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet is safe.
