Objective: To explore and summarize the surgical methods and prognosis of different coronary myocardial bridges(MB).Method: This study sample was selected from the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University between February 2015 and March 2017.35 patients with MB who underwent coronary artery myocardial bridge surgery were selected.Among them, there were 21 patients undergoing off-pump cardiopulmonary bypass and 14 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass;among them,4 were simple MB and 31 were associated with other diseases,31 patients included 19 patients with coronary heart disease,6 patients with rheumatic heart disease, and 3 patients with congenital heart disease.Combined atrial fibrillation in 3 cases. All 35 patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography, and informed consent was obtained from the collection of case data. Results: One patient with MB complicated with multivessel disease of coronary artery disease died after operation due to bridging vascular obstruction. One patient with multi-vessel disease with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris within 6 months postoperatively and could take medication control. One patient with MB was simply myocardial There was still ST-Tchange 6 months after the endotracheal reattachment.?-blockers and calcium channel blockers were added to the patients to relieve the symptoms. The remaining 32 patients were followed up for 1-24 months. No angina attack,follow-up electrocardiogram,ST-T segment was significantly improved,no myocardial ischemic performance, improved quality of life. Conclusion: Surgical treatment of coronary myocardial bridges is safe and effective and can achieve satisfactory near-midterm results.
