Clinical Observation On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis After Coronary Heart Disease Intervention With Xintuning Oral Liquid

Purpose;By observing the clinical effect of Xintongning oral liquid for the treatment of PCI postoperative(qi deficiency blood stasis),and to observe its effect on the serological indexes of patients after PCI operation of coronary heart disease.And after the treatment is over,the incidence of restenosis is counted.In order to draw an objective conclusion on the efficacy of Xintuning oral liquid in preventing restenosis after PCI.It provides a new theoretical idea and clinical basis for Chinese traditional medicine to prevent coronary heart disease with post-operative stenosis.Method;Select 120 patients after PCI operation of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency blood stasis)from June 2017 to October 2018,Xiangyang City Chinese Medicine Hospital.Using random grouping method,the patients were divided into two groups,60 in the control group and 60 in the treatment group.Two groups of patients with basic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,etc.received symptomatic support treatment such as control of blood pressure,blood sugar,etc.Control group oral Rishvastatin calcium tablets(Zhengda Tianqing)10MG,1 day,take half an hour after dinner.Aspirin tablets(Bayer)100mg,1 day,1 hour after dinner.Hydrochloride Bigelei(Sai Ya Fei)75mg,1 day,1 hour after dinner.In addition to the oral control group,the observation group also had to take the Xintongning oral solution(Pharmaceutical composition: Astragalus 30 g,Ginseng 30 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,Angelica 15 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,Sanqi 15 g,Puhuang 10 g,Leech 10 g,White Pelican 10 g,Guizhi 9g,Wheat Winter 10 g,Xianling spleen 10 g,Hawthorn 12 g,Gegen 12 g,Licorice 10 g.The drugs are produced,processed,and packaged by the pharmacy Department of Xiangyang Middle School Hospital.Each large package contains a total of1000 ml of drugs for 30 + 3 days.Six packs per subject.).10 ml,3times a day,take half an hour after meal.Both sessions lasted six months.The curative effect of TCM symptoms,angina attack and electrocardiogram were observed before and after the treatment respectively.The serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid were measured before and after the treatment,Review coronary angiography after treatment and the data were finally statistically analyzed.Results;At the end of the experiment,the data were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference in the improvement of angina pectoris after treatment between two groups(P?0.05).Chinese medicine symptom score decreased significantly in treatment group compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ? 0.05).The electrocardiogram improved in both groups,and the treatment group improved better than the control group(P?0.05).The serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),triglyceride(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)decreased in the two groups.In the treatment group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with the control group(P?0.05).High density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher in both groups than before treatment(P?0.05).In the treatment group,the increase was more obvious than in the control group(P?0.05).The results of coronary angiography indicated that the rate of restenosis in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P?0.05).Conclusion;Xintongning oral liquid can significantly improve the symptoms of angina in patients with Qi,blood and blood stasis after PCI,reduce Chinese medicine symptom points,reduce blood lipids,reduce serum hypersensitivity C reaction protein,reduce inflammatory response,and can more effectively stabilize atherosclerotic plaque.Reduce the rate of restenosis after PCI.
