In volleyball, when the athletes are defending, blocking, smashing and serving, the shoulder joints are a key link in the power chain. Therefore, the level of volleyball skills depends on the strength of the shoulders and the outreach due to repeated high frequencies. The shoulder joint is used for serving and smashing, which can easily cause shoulder impact and strain. The purpose of this paper is to test the specific state of muscle participation in volleyball smashing by using the shoulder function of volleyball players and using wireless surface electromyography to understand the order of muscle force, the degree of muscle activation and the shoulder function of volleyball players. The characteristics of the obstacles. To explore the effect of shoulder joint flexibility training, shoulder stability training and correct action mode intervention training on improving the impact of subacromial impact, and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of shoulder injury of volleyball players.Through the literature data method, interview method, experimental method, logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,22 members of the volleyball special course of the School of Education of Beijing Sport University are taken as experimental subjects.According to whether there is subacromial impingement syndrome, the shoulder function is normal.Group(12 people)and shoulder dysfunction group(10 people),first all team members were tested for shoulder dysfunction characteristics and wireless surface electromyography, then the shoulder dysfunction group was followed by a 6-week rehabilitation training. After testing again, the following conclusions were drawn:1.The stability and flexibility of the shoulder joint of the shoulder joint dysfunction and the muscle control ability are reduced, which is easy to cause injury;2.The activation order of the shoulder muscles of the shoulder joint dysfunction is inconsistent with the requirements of the volleyball smashing action, which is easy to cause damage and affect the spiking effect;3.after the shoulder joint dysfunction exercise rehabilitation training, can significantly improve the shoulder joint pain, shoulder muscle force order is also more in line with the requirements of spiking technology;4.the shoulder joint dysfunction in the lower part of the trapezius, the middle of the trapezius muscle and the anterior serratus average degree of force and activation is insufficient, affecting the muscle force sequence during spiking and breaking the balance of shoulder muscle strength, easily caused damage;5.After exercise rehabilitation training for the shoulder joint dysfunction, the average strength and activation degree of the 10 muscles were improved, and the lower part of the trapezius muscle, the middle of the trapezius muscle and the anterior serratus muscle were significantly improved.
