| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of shenyuan granule and kidney-tonifying and detoxifying Chinese oral prescription on patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease,explore the therapeutic effect of shenyuan granule and its representative method of kidney tonification and detoxification on patients with chronic kidney disease,and the advantages of renyuan granules in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.In order to provide some inspiration for the TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease and its follow-up research.Methods:1.Data source:Patients diagnosed with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease nondialysis who visited the outpatient or inpatient department of the nephrology department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected,whose traditional chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was Spleen and kidney deficiency with turbid toxin.According to the principle of randomization,we finally selected 60 patients,and they was divided into two treatment groups.2.Treatment methods:Patients in both groups were given basic treatmen t,including antihypertensive treatment,lipid regulation,Hypoglycemic therapy.At the same time,they were also treated for acid-base imbalance,electrolyte disturbance,Secondary anemia,pth and diet,while exercise and other guidan ce were included.On this basis,The treatment group was given renyuan gra nules orally,10 g each time,twice a day,wihch were rinsed with warm water after meals.The patients in the control group were prescribed according to their condition,given traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally,twice a d ay,150 ml each time.Patients in both groups were observed for 3 months.3.Observation indexes:Scr,BUN,UA,e GFR,HB,ALB,Ga,P,Liver function,EKG and electrolyte were observed in both groups before and after treatment,to evaluate the improvement and safety of shenyuan granule and kidney-tonifying and detoxifying Chinese herbal oral prescription in the treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5.4.Statistical analysis:all clinical trial data was established a data and using the SPSS statistics 25 to analyze them.All the measurement data was represented with(`x±s).For measurement data was statis tically analyzed with t-test,enumeration datawas statis tically analyzed with c2-test.Data not normally distributed was analyzed with rank sum test.If P < 0.05,signifying its has statistically difference,to the contrary,if P > 0.05,meaned there was no statistically difference.P < 0.01 said there was a statistically significant difference.Results:1.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the comparison of symptom scores between the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.In terms of effective rate,there were 2 effective cases,17 effective cases,10 stable cases and 1 ineffective case in the treatment group,with an overall effective rate of 66.66%;there were 4 effective cases,18 effective cases,7 stable cases,1 ineffective case and 76.66% effective cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in the overall effective rate between the two groups(P >0.05).3.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in renal function related indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05),therefore the data w ere comparable.Compared with the control group,Scr,BUN,UA,carbon dioxide combining power and e GFR of the patients before and after treatment wer e all decreased,among which Scr,UA,and e GFR were significantly improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05),while BUN and CO2 binding force were not significantly improved(P > 0.05).After treatment,all data in the t reatment group were compared with those in the control group,and the diff erence was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.There was no statistical difference in the relevant indicators of comp lications before treatment(P > 0.05),so the data were comparable.Compare d with the control group,Hb,ALB,Ca and P of patients before and after tre atment decreased,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment g roup and the control group(P > 0.05).5.In terms of safety related indicators,there were no abnormalities in the related indicators and no adverse reactions or other adverse events after taking the medicine in the two groups during the observation.Conclusion:On the basis of integrated treatment for chronic kidney disease,Shenyu an granules have the advantage of improve the clinical symptoms and qua lity of life of patients,bisides which,shenyuan granules can also reduce Scr,UA,improve e GFR and improve renal function in patients with Chronic kidn ey disease.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical oral prescription,shenyuan granule has more advantages to some extent and is a vailable for clinical selection. |
