| With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's health awareness has been significantly improved,and they pay more and more attention to their health in recent years.Medical service has been transformed into health service.This paper defines the core concept of medical healthcare service through literature review and theoretical analysis.This paper takes the efficiency of medical healthcare service resource allocation as the research content,takes the data envelopment analysis method as the main research method,takes the 30 provincial administrative regions as the research objects,establishes the medical healthcare service resource allocation efficiency evaluation system including per capita total health expenditure,number of health technical personnel per 1000 population,number of beds in health care institutions per 1000 population,number of health care institutions per 1000 population,number of visits in health care institutions per 1000 population,number of inpatients in health care institutions per 1000 population,number of inpatient surgeries per 1000 population and number of health examinations per 1000 population,and uses the traditional DEA model,super efficiency model and Malmquist-DEA method to evaluate the indicator system from static and dynamic.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,the main characteristics of the allocation of medical healthcare service resources in China are put forward,and proposes to strengthen the application of technology in the allocation of medical healthcare service resources,accelerate the construction of talents in the field of medical healthcare services,enhance the government's macro governance capabilities for medical resource allocation,optimize the efficiency allocation model of medical health service resources,promote the equalization of medical healthcare service,and pay attention to the performance evaluation of resource allocation efficiency of medical healthcare service. |
