The Impact On Puyang Urban District Pharmacies Of The Drug Zero-profit Policy Implemented By Public Hospitals

Objective:In this paper,the change of operation status of Puyang District Pharmacy before and after the zero-difference sale policy was implemented in Puyang Public Hospital(except for Chinese herbal decoction pieces)was studied,and the influence of the policy on Puyang District Pharmacy was analyzed and discussed.I hope to help drugstores understand the situation,provide a basis for the formulation of future development routes,and hope to provide some reference for medical reform.Method:Through consulting literature,questionnaire survey,interview form to conduct research.Result:1.The zero-difference selling policy of medicines in public hospitals(except for Chinese herbal medicines)has an impact on pharmacies.Present Sales and profits in drugstores have declined,but the decline is not too large,mainly within 20%.The impact of this policy on different kinds of drugs in pharmacies is also different,and the most significant impact is mainly on some drugs for chronic diseases.2.Monomer drugstores are less able to resist external risks than chain drugstores.The implementation of this policy has a greater impact on single drugstores than on chain drugstores.3.Although the people can benefit from the policy,few people know about it.4.In order to cope with the impact of the zero-difference policy,drugstores have taken the initiative to reduce the price of some drugs to lower than that of public hospitals,but the price of most drugs is still higher than that of public hospitals.Conclusion:1.The zero-difference selling policy of drugs in public hospitals(excluding traditional Chinese medicines)has a certain impact on pharmacies,and the impact on monomer pharmacies is significantly greater than that on chain pharmacies.For these drugstores,it is a good choice to merge into large chain drugstores actively in order to get rid of the business difficulties.2.We hope to increase publicity and make use of various media to make more people understand the policy of benefiting the people.Promote the centralized purchasing mode of "4+7 purchasing with quantity" nationwide as soon as possible.Only in this way can we effectively reduce the price of drugs and benefit the people.3.The price advantage of drugstores no longer exists.The advantage of existing drugstores is that there are many kinds of drugs,patients have more choices for purchasing drugs,drugstores are close to patients,and patients can purchase drugs conveniently.It is hoped that the drugstores will recognize the current situation and explore their own advantages so that they can survive for a long time.4.Hope that through this study,more patients will understand the policy,so as to save medical expenditure for national health insurance and patients.
