Objective:By observing the breast cancer patients with peripheral blood routine related indexes and some biochemical indexes,to explore its diagnostic value of breast cancer,To explore its correlations with breast cancer pathological features and to identify risk predictor for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.Methods:Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer in Binzhou Medical University Medical from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively studied.The diagnosis of breast cancer was made pathologically with core needle biopsy or surgically resected specimen.The following data were recorded on each patient with breast cancer,including clinical baseline data,peripheral blood routine parameters,biochemical indicators and clinical pathology data The healthy women of the same period were selected as the normal control group,and the relevant data were collected.SPSS 19.0 software was used to statistical analysis.clinical parameters,the parameters of blood routine and biochemical indexes related to breast cancer group and normal control group were compared firstly,further analysis the relationship between selected indicators and molecular classification of breast cancer,breast cancer TNM stage,lymph node metastasis or not,the relationship between index of Ki-67.at last,Logistic regression analysis was used to assessrisk predictor for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.Results:(1)This study included 118 patients with breast cancer in women,according to WHO classification of the breast:there were 10 cases with carcinoma in situ,103 cases with infiltrating ductal carcinoma,4 cases with invasive lobular carcinoma,lcase with adenocarcinoma,respectively 8.5%,87.3%,3.4%,0.8%of the total number of cases According to AJCC cancer staging manual,there were 10 cases with 0 stage,62 cases with ?-? stage,42 cases with ? stage,4 cases with ? stage,respectively 8.5%,52.5%,35.6%,3.4%of the total number of cases.(2)A group of patients with breast cancer of hemoglobin(Hb),mean platelet volume(MPV),triglyceride(TG),mean platelet volume(PLT),Red Blood Cell Volume Distribution Width(RDW),low density lipoprotein(LDL)compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of Hb,TG was lower than those of control group,while the level of MPV,PLT,RDW,LDL higher than control group.(3)Among of Hb,MPV,TG,PLT,RDW and LDL,LDL has the highest diagnostic value for breast cancer patients,and the AUC of ROC curve is 0.84,the sensitivity is 82%,and the specificity is 80%.The AUC of the ROC curve of patients with breast cancer diagnosed by RDW,PLT and MPV was 0.69,0.62 and 0.63 respectively,and the sensitivity was 95%,87%and 82%respectively,and the specificity was 40%,27.3%and 20%respectively.The AUC of ROC curve of breast cancer patients was 0.38 and 0.34,respectively,Hb and TG.(4)Compared with the non-lymph node metastasis group,the MPV value of the lymph node metastasis group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the MPV value of the ki-67>14%group was significantly higher than that of ki-67,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Compared with ?-? stage,the level of MPV in ? stage has statistical significance(P<0.05).but the level of MPV in ? stage compared with ?-?,? stage,there was no statistically significant difference.The detection values of Hb,PLT,RDW,TG and LDL were not statistically significant in the subgroup analysis.(5)MPV is a risk predictor for lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(OR=0.322,P<0.001).RDW,LDL,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)have no correlation with the risk of metastasis of breast cancer lymph nodes.Conclusion:The levels of MPV,PLT,RDW and LDL in patients with breast cancer are increased and LDL level has certain value of screening for breast cancer.The level of MPV has a certain relationship with the TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with breast cancer,Peripheral blood routine and blood lipid related indicators may not be associated with breast cancer tissue credit.the MPV level is expected to be an risk predictor for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients.
