Clinical Analysis Of 20 Cases Of Back Elastic Fibroma Plastic Surgery

Objective Through to the back elastic fibroma patients clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment method and the evaluation of surgical curative effect of early and forward,to explore a safe and effective plastic surgery the standardized surgical treatment method.Methods Collect and analyze from October 2015 to October 2015 in binzhou medical school affiliated hospital during plastic surgery departments and treatment of 20 patients with back stretch fibroma,extended swelling anesthesia downlink lesions turnkey around resection,postoperative packaging dress,send regular pathological postoperative pathological changes,the related factors,clinical manifestations,imaging diagnosis and early and long-term curative effect evaluation were studied.All patients were treated with plastic surgery,and the postoperative pathological results confirmed the clinical diagnosis:elastic fibroma.15 days after operation,no incision,infection and other related complications were observed.20 cases have got good follow-up of a total of 36 of the lesions,none of the patients lost to follow-up,the preoperative and postoperative were relatively accurate detailed score,score results show that in addition to the preoperative score difference,20 patients with postoperative scores are low,5 days are related to the area early postoperative pain symptoms worsen,followed up for 3 to about 3 months postoperative discomfort symptoms disappeared basically,all cases were followed up for 1 year operation area pain and functional limitations and shoulder joint activities limited symptoms are back to normal,did not see other discomfort such as positive performance.The average follow-up of this study was 11.50 months.Constant shoulder score increased from 93.35 to 99.75.The difference between the preoperative and postoperative mean scores was analyzed by the paired sample t test,and the difference was found to be statistically significant.No recurrence was found in all follow-up cases.Results Of the 20 patients,8 were male and 12 were female.There were 18 cases of patients at the age of 50 and 2 cases under 50 years old.In 17 cases,it is engaged in heavy manual labor for a long time,and 3 cases are non-long-term heavy manual workers.In 9 patients,there was pain in the back of the shoulder and limited activity,and 11 patients had no obvious symptoms.All of the 20 patients were located in the dorsal part of the shoulder,with 16 cases of bilateral pathogenesis.All patients were treated with typical clinical manifestations and imaging data,and after diagnosis of orthopedic surgery,postoperative pathological results confirmed the clinical diagnosis:elastic fibroma.15 days after operation,no incision,infection and other related complications were observed.The average score of Constant shoulder score was increased from 93.80 before surgery to 99.75(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.No recurrence was found in all follow-up cases.Conclusion 1.Once the elastic fibroma is found,it can't be resolved by itself,and there is a possibility of sustained growth.Early removal is the key to radical treatment.2.Ultrasonography,CT and MR examination are the optional tests for preoperative diagnosis of back elastic fibroma,and invasive puncture examination has been removed.Postoperative pathological examination is the key to diagnosis of the disease.3 The treatment of back elastofibroma should be treated mainly with surgical treatment,and the swelling anesthesia technique of the operation avoids the high cost of traditional general anesthesia,and can reduce the bleeding and facilitate the separation in the operation.The operation should be done carefully to avoid the injury of important nerves,blood vessels and adjacent tissues,and the complete closure of tumor resection is the key to prevent recurrence.Postoperative packing is an effective method to prevent postoperative hemorrhage and effusion.4.In swelling anesthesia downlink total package around the lesion resection,postoperative packaging treatment,simple,safe,effective,less cost,is the back elastic fibroma effective treatments,worth clinical promotion.
