Atherosclerosis is the main cause of cerebral vascular stenosis. There are many theories about the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, which is based on the theory that atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammation, caused by chronic periodontitis and chronic periodontitis.More and more teeth are attracting attention.Traditional Chinese medicine theory such as "the kidney is in the essence of the kidney, the brain is the marrow, and the kidney is the main bone" is also a description of the relationship between kidney deficiency and stroke. For periodontitis and teeth in Lingnan area. The relationship between loss and cerebral vascular stenosis is still unknown.Objective1.To explore the relationship between the degree of periodontitis, the number of missing teeth and cerebral vascular stenosis;2.To explore the relationship between cerebral vascular stenosis and TCM kidney deficiency type and TCM constitution type.MethodsThis subject uses a cross-sectional survey study. The source of the case is from the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2018 to September 2018.In the General Hospital Intervention Center for cerebral angiography, the TCM constitution classification and judgment table are used to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients conducted on-the-spot questionnaires to collect the TCM constitutional data of the patients, and analyzed the general data such as gender, age, past medical history and blood lipids, homocysteine, blood uric acid and other biochemical data. The results of DSA angiography were classified and classified. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. The measurement data were expressed by mean±standard deviation. The analysis of variance was used. The count data was described by frequency. The comparison between groups was performed by chi-square test or non-parameter.The rank sum test was used for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 180 patients with cerebral angiography(DSA)from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study, including 111 males(6L 7%)and 69 females(38.3%).The average age was 63.72±11.92 years old,the average age of males was 62.69±10.44 years old,and the average age of females was 68.88+9.55 years old.52 cases of smokers, accounting for 28.9%;41 cases of drinkers, accounting for 22.8%,124 cases of hypertension, accounting for 68.9%;53 cases of hyperlipidemia, accounting for 29.4%;77 cases of overweight or obesity, accounting for 42.8V;9 cases of history of hyperuricemia, accounting for 50%,34 cases of diabetes, accounting for 18.9%,21 cases of previous stroke, accounting for 11.7%,25 cases of heart disease, accounting for 13.9%.Among 180 patients with cerebral angiography,63 patients(35%)had qi deficiency type,46 cases(25.6%)had phlegm-dampness type,20 cases(11.1%)had yang deficiency type, and 15 cases(8.3%)had yin deficiency type, damp heat type.5 cases(2.8%),blood stasis type 12 cases(6.7%),qi stagnation type 1 case(0.6%),peace type 18 cases(10%),special enamel 0 cases(0%).Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in smoking and drinking between men and women(P<0.05).The proportion of smoking and drinking among men was significantly higher than that of women. There were significant differences in the age of patients with cerebral vascular stenosis between stroke and hypertension(P<0.05).There was no difference in gender, drinking history, smoking history, history of hyperlipidemia,or normalization of glycosylated hemoglobin. The significance of learning(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between different angiographic results in LDL(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the remaining UA,TC,TG,HDL and HCY(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of kidney deficiency syndrome and cerebral vascular stenosis(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of TCM constitution between male and female(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral vascular stenosis and TCM constitution between different degrees(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two strokes;180 patients with cerebral angiography had 86 patients with single vessel stenosis,89 patients with multiple stenosis, and 5 patients with no stenosis, and the number of teeth missing(combined)for statistical analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the number of tooth loss and the number of cerebral vascular stenosis, intracranial or extracranial stenosis(P=>0.05).A pooled analysis of the small group of patients with no stenosis, mild and moderate stenosis showed no significant difference in the degree of cerebral vascular stenosis and the presence or absence of stroke.Logistic regression analysis of factors affecting the presence or absence of stroke showed that hypertension was 3.56 times more likely to have a stroke than without hypertension, and high-density lipoprotein was more likely to have a stroke than a lower one.Conclusion1.The number of missing teeth was statistically significant between carotid artery stenosis and single-vessel and multi-vessel stenosis(P<0.05);number of missing teeth and intracranial or extracranial stenosis, periodontitis type There was no statistical difference in the degree of cerebral vascular stenosis and whether there was kidney deficiency.2.Patients with different degrees of cerebral vascular stenosis had statistically significant differences in LDL levels, smoking, and drinking. The other laboratory indicators(UA,TG,TC,HDL,HCY)were not statistically significant;in age, hypertension, and blood lipids. There were no significant differences in abnormalities, hyperuricemia, and high HCY(P>0.05).3.Different degrees of cerebral vascular stenosis and TCM constitution type distribution, kidney deficiency syndrome distribution, single and multiple vessel stenosis, intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis,no statistical significance between the presence or absence of stroke; There are many qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness,and it is speculated that these two types of constitution may be susceptible to such diseases. There are many risk factors for stroke in patients with cerebral vascular stenosis.Among them, hypertension and age are the most relevant factors, while those with high HDL may have a lower risk of stroke.
