| Objective:Nitric oxide(nitric oxide NO)in cerebral infarction qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome of episodes,recovery period and sequelae period three stages of dual function mechanism,and combined with cerebral infarction occurred at high risk of disease and related biochemical indicators,from several aspects research qi deficiency blood stasis type cerebral infarction in different course of the NO level and the correlation of various factors,for the prevention,treatment and prognosis of cerebral infarction patients evaluation provides new train of thought.Methods:In September 2016 to October 2017 income shenzhen second people’s hospital neurology hospital during the period of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of 28 patients with acute cerebral infarction,average age(64.29±11.53),of 20 patients with male female 8 cases;The average age(65.77 ± 10.87),15 male cases and 7 female cases were compared with those in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.At the same time,27 patients who had not suffered cerebral infarction during the same period were selected as the control group,with the mean age(58.22±14.70),18 males and 9 females.The concentration of NO concentration in each group was determined by nitrate reductase method,among which the acute cerebral infarction group performed NO test for many times according to the course of disease,and statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.qi deficiency and blood stasis type of CIE,CIL group,CIC group compared with control group,NO concentration was statistically significant(P<0.05),qi deficiency and blood stasis type of CIS group compared with control group,NO concentration has NO statistical significance(P>0.05).2.The NO concentration in CIE group,CIL group and CIC group of qi deficiency and blood stasis was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in CI group,CIS group and control group of qi deficiency and blood stasis.4.qi deficiency and blood stasis type CI group,the CIS group and the control group,compared to three groups of risk factors and carotid atherosclerosis in diabetes between the two factors on the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rest factors has no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Qi difficiency and blood stasis type CI group,the CIS group and the control group respectively line NO concentration is associated with the corresponding period of the experimental correlation analysis,NO concentration and HCY in CI group,the control of negative correlation,NO correlation in the CIS group,three groups with HbAlc,TG,CHOL,LDL-C,HDL-C has NO relevance6.Qi difficiency and blood stasis type CI group,the CIS group and control group in three groups respectively line NO concentration and carotid atherosclerotic disease,the number of plaques and correlation analysis,NO concentration with the onset of carotid atherosclerosis in the CI of negative correlation,NO correlation in the CIS group,control group,three groups with plaque nature and the number of NO relevance.Conclusion:1.The level of nitric oxide in patients with acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis was higher than that in the control group.2.Nitric oxide mainly plays a protective role in patients with acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis,but it can play a toxic role in the middle and late stage of acute cerebral infarction.3.The level of nitric oxide is related to high homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis.4.The monitoring of nitric oxide level can provide evidence for the pathogenesis,progression and prognosis of cerebral infarction. |
