ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of laparoscopic natural orifce specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)and the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS);Whether the combination of both is a more advantageous method in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.MethodsRetrospective analysis was made on the patients underwent NOSES surgery between February 2017 and July 2018 in Shandong university Qilu hospital.The patients was compared with conventional laparoscopic surgery.diagnosis of colorectal cancer patients with a total of 65 cases who underwent NOSES,were compared with 156 cases who underwent conventional laparoscopic surgery.Both group were comparatable in the clinicopathological features.The difference was that laparoscopy was performed by laparoscopy and the specimens were taken from the natural lumen to complete the reconstruction of the digestive tract.After surgery,the postoperative recovery indexes of each group include the first exhaust time after operation,the postoperative hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications;the postoperative self-assessment of the pain score,and the time of WBC to normal level.ResultsThe application of NOSES and ERAS can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.ERAS+NOSES has advantages in alleviating postoperative pain,improving postoperative life self-care ability.ConclusionThe application of NOSES and ERAS can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.ERAS+NOSES has advantages in alleviating postoperative pain,improving postoperative life self-care ability.
