| Objective:Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)for colorectal cancer is a growing trend.This study collected clinical data of patients undergoing col-orectal cancer NOSES surgery in our hospital in recent years,summarized preoperative factors affecting the selection of surgical method,and put forward the selection criteria of surgical method,providing a reference for the wide promotion of colorectal cancer surgeries.Materials and Methods:Using retrospective study method,the clinical patho-logical data of patients with rectal cancer admitted to the Department of Gastroin-testinal Surgery of QiLu Hospital from 2017-1 to 2019-1.The patients were divided into the three groups by the different surgical methods.The general condition,Body mass index,preoperative condition,tumor size and distance were observation indexes.The data of three groups were compared by SPSS and R language.Results and conclusion:For short-term postoperative efficacy indexes,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in whether analgesic drugs were added,pain load,drainage load,bowel sound recovery days,activity days,complicar tion load,operation time,postoperative hospitalization days and other indicators.This conclusion suggests that the short-term effect of this kind of surgery is the same as that of laparoscopic surgery.For three surgical methods,there was no significant difference in age,body weight,basal disease load,weight loss,cross-sectional area,and peripheral ratio between the groups,except the distance from tumor to anal.This conclusion is that the distance between the tumor and the anus is the main factor that affects the selection of this method. |
