Objective:This study combines the research theories of rehabilitation medicine and physical education,and comprehensively uses research methods such as literature data method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method.Rehabilitation training was performed using Otago exercise intervention,data changes in cognitive function of stroke patients before and after exercise intervention were recorded,and the prevalence of cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients was analyzed.Focus on the positive impact of Otago exercise on cognitive function rehabilitation in stroke patients,and the effectiveness and safety of Tago exercise on cognitive function recovery in stroke patients,and broaden the rehabilitation study of cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients.Vision,explore the effective path to promote the rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients,and then provide theoretical and technical support for the improvement exercise therapy and clinical rehabilitation.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of the sample and the exclusion criteria,appropriate cases were selected according to the clinical research experimental design principles and requirements.The samples were divided into experimental group and control group by random double-blind control grouping method.Under the premise of routine rehabilitation in the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group increased Otago exercise intervention.Before and after treatment,the experimental group and the control group were tested using the Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE)and the Montreal Cognitive Test(MoCA)Cognitive Function Rating Scale.High-resolution anatomical images of brains in resting state subjects were collected using a functional nuclear magnetic resonance 3.0 T scanner to observe changes in brain structure and brain function connections in stroke patients before and after Otago exercise intervention.Results:(1)Test results of the Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE):The experimental group and the control group underwent self-controlled t-test before and after treatment,both treatments were effective.The comparison between groups was performed by independent sample t test,experimental group was more effective.(2)Montreal Cognitive Test(MoCA)test results:6 months after Otago exercise intervention,The experimental group and the control group were compared.In the visual space and executive ability,memory,attention,language,direction and total score,the scores of the control group were improved,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05).Although the abstract and named scores increased,there was no significant difference..Compared with the pre-experimental comparison,the direction and total score were significantly different(P>0.05);delayed memory,attention and language scores were significantly improved,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(3)Results of brain level and brain function area using static state functional magnetic resonance:Compared with pre-intervention,the left and right hippocampal functional connections in the experimental group treated by Otago exercise showed an increase-based change,indicating Otago exercise intervention can help improve cognitive function in stroke patients.Conclusion:Patients with experimental stroke dysfunction in the experimental group received Otago exercise therapy.The results of the scale test showed a significant improvement in cognitive function in patients.The hippocampal functional connections on the left and right sides show an increase in major changes.It shows that Otago exercise intervention has a certain improvement effect on the cognitive function of stroke patients,and draws the following conclusions:(1)After 6 months of Otago intervention,compared with the pre-experimental comparison,the experimental group showed significant differences in the direction and total score in the cognitive measurement scale;the results also showed that Otago exercised to the brain.The cognitive function improvement of stroke patients has obvious effects;(2)Cognitive function rehabilitation training based on Otago exercise intervention can improve the cognitive ability and daily living ability of cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients;it is beneficial to motivate and motivate patients with dysfunction of stroke cognitive function;(3)Through the intervention of Otago exercise,the life activity ability,self-care ability and cognitive function of patients with stroke cognitive dysfunction were improved.Through the Otago exercise intervention training,caregivers can master the guiding principles and intervention methods of the Otago movement,and can perform rehabilitation interventions for patients with cognitive impairment in the home.At the same time,it can be used as a practical exercise intervention for long-term care of patients with stroke and cognitive impairment,and benefit patients by increasing the participation and daily living ability of patients with cognitive impairment.
