'China's Time-Honored Brand' is a precious treasure inherited from the history of our country.It is a brand with long time of historical precipitation,accumulation and test,passed down from generation to generation,and eventually won widespread social recognition.It is a good corporate brand with distinct regional cultural characteristics of the Chinese nation.With the changes of the times and the development of market economy,many 'China's Time-Honored Brand' pharmaceutical enterprises have disappeared or become bottlenecks during operation.Under new situation,the Chinese government has taken various measures to further strengthen the support for these enterprises.'China's Time-Honored Brand' pharmaceutical enterprises should take this opportunity to carry out strategic transformation,promote vitality through various strategic paths,and highlight the quintessence of famous brand" enterprises.Based on the development strategy management theory and taking HJ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object,this paper considers and explores the development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises under the new situation.On the basis of summarizing the literature on hospital strategic management at home and abroad,and based on the current situation of the development of HJ Chinese medicine hospital,this paper studies and analyses the external environment and internal resource capacity of the hospital,and determines its core competitiveness.Through SWOT matrix,the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by HJ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital are deeply analyzed.On the one hand,HJ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital should actively use its unique advantages which are different from other hospitals:unique brand culture and brand value,trustworthy quality and integrity,and exquisite traditional technology to build its core competitiveness and avoid and resist various external threats;on the other hand,it should make full use of external opportunities and try to eliminate internal disadvantages through a series of measures,such as constantly innovating business and management concepts,strengthening brand publicity,product innovation and so on,to improve the ability to utilize the external environment.Therefore,ST strategy and WO strategy are more suitable for the development of HJ traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Meanwhile,in order to further implement the development strategy of HJ Hospital,this paper proposes that we should fully tap and utilize the golden signboard of 'China's Time-Honored Brand' to create unique business philosophy,products and services of HJ Hospital which are different from other competitors.By creating HJ s brand management feature of 'China Time-honored Brand',improving brand competitiveness,relying on the HJ 'China Time-honored Brand' Institute of traditional Chinese medicine,relying on old products and selling the new ones,establishing HJ Chinese Medicine Museum,implementing business innovation,introducing 'Internet Plus',creating 'wisdom Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine',inheriting the characteristics of Chinese medicine,and innovating TCM diagnosis and treatment service mode.Relying on the HJ industry chain of "China s Old Brand",the hospital will realize a series of strategic implementation paths,such as the combination of medicine,pharmacy,research and production,to promote the vitality of the Brand.Then,this paper puts forward many safeguard measures to ensure the successful implementation of the development strategy of HJ Hospital.Enhance organizational security by clarifying organizational structure and division of labor,perfecting rules and regulations and working procedures,and establishing a practical performance incentive mechanism.Improve the level of information management by establishing hospital information collection platform and HIS system.Enhancing Talents Guarantee by introducing famous Traditional Chinese Medicine veterans and Professional Management Talents.Strengthen hospital culture construction and enhance medical service level and financial guarantee by setting up correct values,improving hospital culture construction level and establishing hospital newspaper,etc.
