| Under the background of the rapid development of China's social economy,the level of construction of medical and health care has also been continuously improved.Private hospitals,which are an important part of the medical and health industry,play an increasingly important role in the construction of socialist medical and health services in China.However,the actual situation of some private hospitals is not optimistic.There is a lack of internal management and lack of internal control links,which brings risks to hospital operations and causes losses.As an emerging private hospital,DBGJ Hospital has developed well in recent years,but there are some problems in internal control.In order to solve the problems in this aspect of the hospital,DBGJ hospital can develop better.This paper combines theory and practice,actually studies the specific problems of DBGJ hospital internal control,and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the related research in this paper.The third part is The status quo of internal control of DBGJ hospital is analyzed,and the status quo of its unit level and business level is analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the problems of internal control of DBGJ hospital from the unit level and business level.The fifth part is about the internal control of DBGJ hospital.The corresponding optimization recommendations are expected to provide assistance for the future development of DBGJ Hospital;the final part is the conclusion,which summarizes the article.I hope that the research results of this paper can be used as a reference for DBGJ to do internal control work,so that the hospital can develop better.At the same time,I hope to provide new internal control ideas and methods for private hospitals. |
