Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of life of stroke patients in rehabilitation period, explore the related factors of quality of life of stroke patients in rehabilitation period, and put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods: Convenient sampling method was used to select stroke patients in stroke rehabilitation department of a third-class A hospital in Changchun.General data questionnaire, family function index scale(APGAR),self-care ability scale(ESCA)and stroke impact scale(SIS)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.A total of 160 stroke patients were investigated according to inclusion exclusion criteria and eventually recovered.150 validity questionnaires.SPSS17.0 was used to establish the database and make statistical analysis.Results:1.The quality of life score of stroke patients in convalescent period was(388.38±97.49).The scores of eight dimensions of quality of life from high to low were memory and thinking, communication, emotion, strength, mobility, activity of daily living(ADL),participation and hand function.2.Family function score of stroke patients in convalescent period was(5.23±1.75).53cases(35.3%)had good family function,52 cases(34.7%)had moderate dysfunction and45 cases(30%)had severe dysfunction.3.The score of self-care ability of stroke patients in convalescent period was(89.57±17.00).The number of patients with high self-care ability was 8,accounting for 5.3%;the number of patients with middle self-care ability was 141,accounting for 94.0%,and the number of patients with low self-care ability was 1,accounting for 0.7%.4.Univariate analysis of quality of life of stroke patients in convalescent period showed that education level, marital status, type of escort, type of stroke and family function had significant influence on their quality of life(P<0.05),with statistical significance.5.According to Pearson correlation analysis results, there is a positive correlationbetween family work and quality of life, and there is a positive correlation between self-care ability and quality of life.6.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that self-care responsibility,self-concept,spouse-other,stroke type, health knowledge level,self-care skills, complications, rehabilitation intervention time entered the regression equation, which were the influencing factors of quality of life in stroke patients during rehabilitation. These eight factors could explain 52.8% of the total variation of quality of life(SIS total score).Conclusions:1.The quality of life of stroke patients in convalescent period is low. Most of them have moderate and severe family dysfunction, and their self-care ability is at a moderate level.2.There is a positive correlation between family function and self-care ability and quality of life in patients with stroke during rehabilitation.3.The main influencing factors of the quality of life of stroke patients in convalescent period are marital status, educational level, type of escort, type of stroke, complications, rehabilitation intervention time, family function,self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge level.
