managers to accurately measure workload,care human resource allocation and performance appraisal[Method]1.Evaluation index system construction:Based on the theory of"biological-psychological-social",based on clinical practice and literature research,the evaluation system of nursing difficulty of patients in general adult wards is preliminarily formulated.The expert scoring method and project analysis method are used to screen the indicators,and the weights of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process.To form a nursing difficulty evaluation form for patients in general adult wards.80 clinical samples were selected by convenient sampling,and the evaluation table was tested for reliability and validity.2.Clinical empirical research:Twelve departments in a top three hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected.300 clinical samples were selected by cluster sampling,and the nursing difficulty evaluation table was used to describe the current situation of nursing difficulty.The t-test,analysis of variance,and rank-sum test were used to analyze the differences in variables such as gender,age,admission method,department,and hospitalization fee payment in patients with general adult wards Correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between hospitalization expenses,direct nursing hours,hospitalization days and other variables[Result]1.Constructing the evaluation index system of patient's nursing difficulty in ordinary adult wards,the indicators are comprehensive and the weights are reasonable;the formed adult adult ward patient care difficulty evaluation form has good reliability and validity.?The evaluation index system includes 6 dimensions and 21 secondary indicators,and the theoretical score ranges from 0-3.Among them,patients' "self-care ability of daily life","mental mental condition","social support status",and"expectation value"have independent scale evaluation.?The weights of the first-level indicators are ranked from high to low:disease severity(0.3633),daily living self-care ability(0.2625),mental and psychological status(0.1329),compliance(0.1010),social support status(0.0800),Expected value(0.0603);among the secondary indicators,the five indicators with the highest weight value are self-care ability(0.2625),depression(0.0886),social support(0.0800),whether patient care difficulty scores between different genders(P>0.05);patient's age,occupation,education level,hospitalization fee payment method,per capita monthly income,hospitalization time,admission method,There were statistical differences between the nine factors of nursing level and department and the difficulty of nursing(P<0.05).The multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that age,admission mode,nursing level and hospitalization time were the main influencing factors of patient care difficulty.?Patient care difficulty was positively correlated with daily average hospitalization expenses,daily average nursing expenses,direct nursing hours and hospital stay days(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficients were 0.241,0.599,0.687,and 0.819,respectively.The higher the difficulty level of care,the higher the hospitalization expenses and nursing expenses,and the longer the nursing hours and hospital stays.[Conclusion]1.The constructed adult adult ward patient care difficulty evaluation index system is scientific and reliable,and the formed "General Adult Ward Patient Care Difficulty Evaluation Form"has detailed content,reasonable structure and good
