Clinical Observation Of Jiajian Yanzong Granule In The Treatment Of Senile Vascular Dementia With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndorme

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiajian Yanzong Granule in the treatment of senile vascular dementia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:This study used a randomized controlled method to group 72 patients who met the Chinese and Western diagnostic criteria by random number table method,36 cases each,and all of them can guarantee that they have not taken vascular dementia in the near future(within 1 month).Related drugs,the treatment group added and subtracted Yanzong granules,the specific medication method is to wash with 100 ml of boiled water,1 bag per day,3 times a day;the control group of patients taking compound Haisuo capsule,the specific usage is oral,3 capsules / times,3times a day,for a 12-week observation of the efficacy.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of "addition and subtraction of Yanzong granules" in the treatment of elderly patients with vascular dementia,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,select the three groups of neuropsychological scales of MMSE,MoCA,ADL to determine the pre-treatment,The cognitive ability and daily living ability after medication were compared,and the total score of TCM syndromes was changed,and the patient's safety indicators(blood,urine,liver and kidney function)were monitored.Results:1.Comparison of general baseline conditions: There was no difference in gender,age,educational level,craniocerebral CT,past history and related risk factors between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was balanced.2.Compared with before treatment,the scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and TCM Syndrome Scale in the two groups were improved(P < 0.01).After treatment,the scores of MMSE,MoCA and TCM Syndrome Scale in the treatment group were better than those in thecompound sea snake group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total scores of ADL between the two groups were not different(P = 0.444 > 0.05)by independent sample t test.By observing the changes of patients' daily living ability,we can conclude that the curative effect of the two groups is similar,and both groups are better after treatment than before treatment.3.Comparison of curative effect between the two groups: After treatment,the curative effect of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and TCM Syndrome Scale in the treatment group was different(P<0.05).The total effective rate of MMSE in the two groups was 84.4% and70.0%,respectively,and the total effective rate of MoCA in the two groups was 78.1% and 60.0%,the total effective rate of ADL group was 62.5% and56.7%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome scale group was 87.5% and 63.3%,respectively.4.There was no difference in safety indexes(blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function)between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).5.No adverse events occurred in the treatment group.One patient in the Compound Haisna Capsule group complained of skin rash during the period of taking medicine,and no special discomfort occurred.Symptoms disappeared after anti-allergic treatment,and no treatment drugs were taken.Conclusion:Jiajian Yanzong Granule can improve the cognitive ability and daily living ability of patients with vascular dementia,and is superior to Compound Haisnake Capsule group.It is safe and effective in treating vascular dementia.
