Study On Herbal Compatibility Characteristics And Ideas Of Herbal Formulae Of Cancer Pain

Objective: To preliminarily explore the characteristics of compatibility of ancient and modern oral prescriptions for cancer pain treatment,summarize the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome types of cancer pain,and dig out the core drugs for cancer pain treatment in ancient and modern times,so as to provide reference for clinical prescription medication.Methods: By collecting ancient prescriptions and searching academic websites(CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,Weipu,etc.)in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions for Cancer Pain,modern prescriptions related to the treatment of cancer pain by traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine,and prescriptions for the treatment of cancer pain by famous and old Chinese medicine,the prescriptions were screened,processed and then entered into the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform"(V2.5).Statistical analysis of drug frequency,meridian tropism,syndromes,association rules and complex system entropy clustering was carried out.Results:(1)In this study,659 ancient prescriptions and 231 modern prescriptions were collected,among which pills and powder were the main prescriptions,and decoction was the main prescription.(2)The common cancer pain syndromes in ancient prescriptions are qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,toxin and blood stasis,cold congestion and Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and cold congestion,cold congestion and blood stasis;the common cancer pain syndromes in modern prescriptions are phlegm and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,toxin and blood stasis,qi-heat and toxin stasis,Qi-Yin deficiency.(3)The statistical results of four scents and five flavors show that the ancient prescription has the most warm nature,followed by the cold nature;the present prescription has the most cold nature,followed by the warm nature,both of which pay attention to the use of hard and sweet drugs.(4)Classification statistics: the spleen meridian was the main prescription,followed by stomach meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian;the liver meridian was the main prescription,followed by spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian and heart meridian.(5)The core medicines of the ancient prescription are Rhizoma Aralia,Aucklandiae,Areca nut,Zedoary,Cinnamon,Green Peel,Angelica,Rhubarb,Ginseng,Poria cocos,Turtle shell;the core medicines of the present prescription are Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,licorice,tangerine peel,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali,Angelicae Sinensis,Dangshen.(6)There are 35 core combinations of ancient Association rules,48 core combinations of complex system entropy clustering and 24 new prescriptions.There are 12 core combinations of current association rules and 44 core combinations of complex system entropy clustering and 21 new prescriptions.Conclusion:(1)The etiology and pathogenesis of cancer pain are mainly caused by Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,cancer toxin,cold pathogen and dampheat,and by Yang deficiency,Qi-blood deficiency and Qi-Yin deficiency.Its disease nature is the combination of deficiency and excess.(2)Ancient prescriptions mainly used to invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,regulate qi and disperse cold in warming-li,and at the same time to invigorate deficiency,diarrhea and phlegm,attaching importance to regulating qi;current prescriptions mainly used to invigorate the right and invigorate deficiency,supplemented by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat,diffusing dampness and resolving phlegm,especially paying attention to protecting the acquired spleen and stomach.(3)Compatibility characteristics of ancient and modern prescriptions for cancer pain: Qi and blood are in harmony,Qi-lifting and Qi-lowering mechanism;cold and temperature are used together to attack toxins,strengthen the body and dispel pathogens;disease and syndrome are combined to inhibit tumors and relieve pain.(4)The common treatments for cancer pain are activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dispersing stagnation,warming yang and dispersing cold,attacking poison with poison,replenishing qi and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and clearing heat,clearing heat and removing dampness,etc.
