| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatuo Zaizao Pill in the treatment of stagnation syndrome of ischemic stroke,and to evaluate its effectiveness objectively,and to provide evidence for elinical application of this treatment.Method: Sixty-two patients with stroke sequelae of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome were selected from the department of neurology of ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into the treatment group(31cases)and the control group(31 cases)according to the random number table method..The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Huatuo Zaizao Pill on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 30 days.Comparison of TCM syndrom efficacy scores of the two groups of patients,National lnstitutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,daily living activity(ADL)score,blood lipid index(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and blood The level of change in rheological indicators(high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity,hematocrit,plasma viscosity).the efficacy evaluation indexes of the two groups of patients in the treatment group and the control group included in the clinical study were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.6%,and that of the control group was 61.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.TCM symptom score: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups were lower than that before treatment and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.It is indicated that Huatuo Zaizao Pill and conventional western medicine are better than traditional western medicine in improving the clinical symptoms of stroke patients with stroke sequela.3.Neurological deficit score:After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the teo groups were lower than before,and the two groups were compared after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).This indicates that Huatuo Zaizao Pill can improve the neurological deficit of patients with ischemic stroke sequelae.4.Activitiesof daily living activities:After teratment,the two groups were compared(P<0.05),indicating statistical differences.Both the teratment group and the control group can improve the activities of daily living of the patients,and the improvement effect of the teratment group in better than that of the control group.5.Laboratory indicators: indicators of blood lipid include TC,TG,hdl-c,ldl-c,and hemorheology,including improvements in whole blood viscosity,high whole blood viscosity,low whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,and plasma viscosity.After treatment,the two groups were compared(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The improvement of blood lipid index and hemorheology index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusions: 1.Conventional western medicine has certain effect on treating patients with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome in the sequelae stage of ischemic apoplexy.2.Huatuo Zaizao Pill combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy sequelae patients with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome has a significant clinical effect.Specifically,TCM syndrome score,neurological impairment score,daily life activity score,blood lipids and hemorheology indexes of apoplexy sequelae patients were significantly improved.No drug-related adverse events occurred during the period of this study,indicating that Huatuo Zaizao Pill has an exact safety in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy sequelae patients. |
