Study On The Distribution Law And Related Factors Of TCM Constitution In The Patients With Hypertension Of Zhuang And Han Nationalities

Objective:To explore the distribution law of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)constitution,and to explore the correlation between TCM constitution and related factors in patients with hypertension of the Zhuang and Han nationalities,so as to provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of hypertension of the Zhuang and Han nationalities.Methods:To collect the data of general condition(such as nationality,gender,family history,smoking,drinking,exercise condition,etc.),bi ochemical examination(such as TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,GLU,etc.)and constitution of TCM through questionnaires.To choose 1042 patients with hypertension in Guangxi(509 Zhuang and 533 Han)who met the inclusion criteria as the research objects,To analyze the distribution law of TCM constitution,and to explore the correlation between TCM constitution and related factors in patients with hypertension of the Zhuang and Han nationalities by SPSS20.0 software,among the mean add or subtract standard deviation to describe the measurement data,chi-square test to describe the count data and r ate,t test describe the comparison between the two groups,the binary logistic regression to describe more factors data analysis.Result:The top three constitutional types of TCM in 1042 patients with hypertension of Zhuang and Han nationality in Guangxi were phlegm-dampness(305 cases,29.27%),Yin deficiency(272 cases,26.10%)and Yang deficiency(189 cases,18.14%).The other biased constitutional types were dampness-heat(130 cases,12.48%),Qi deficiency(50 cases,4.80%),blood stasis(49 cases,4.70%),peace quality(35 cases,3.36%),qi depression(11cases,1.06%),specific quality(1 case,0.10%).The distribution of constitution in509 patients with hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine was phlegm-dampness(150 cases),Yin deficiency(142 cases),Yang deficiency(90cases),dampness-heat(63 cases),Qi deficiency(25 cases),blood stasis(16cases),peace quality(14 cases),Qi depression(9 cases),specific quality(0cases).The distribution of TCM constitution in 533 patients with hypertension in Han nationality was phlegm-dampness(155cases),yin-deficiency(130cases),yang-deficiency(99cases),dampness-heat(63 cases),blood stasis(33 cases),Qi deficiency(25cases),peace quality(21 cases),Qi depression(2 cases),specific quality(1case).There was no significant difference in constitution distribution of hypertension between Zhuang and Han nationality(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of hypertension grade,systolic and diastolic blood pressure between Zhuang and Han nationalities and the distribution of constitution in TCM(P>0.05).The constitution of TCM inpatients with exercise-deficiency hypertension is mainly Yang deficiency,while the constitution of phlegm and dampness is mainly in Han nationality.The constitution of TCM in patients with salty diet is mainly phlegm-dampness,damp-heat and yin deficiency,while that of the Han nationality is mainly phlegm-dampness,Yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency.The constitution of TCM of drinking population is mainly Yin deficiency,while that of Han nationality is Yang deficiency.The constitution of TCM in smoking population is mainly Yin deficiency,while that of Han nationality is mainly Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency.The constitution of TCM for hypertension of Zhuang and Han nationality in pre-senile age group has statistical significance,P<0.05.There were significant differences in BMI and waist circumference between Zhuang and Han hypertension patients(P<0.05).The mean values of UA and GLU in patients with hypertension in Zhuang nationality were significantly lower than those in Han nationality,and the differences of UA and GLU were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences in UA between 305phlegm-dampness patients;in LDL-C between 272 patients with yin deficiency;in GLU between 189 yang deficiency patients;in LDL-C and HDL-C between 130 dampness-heat patients;in ALT between 35 specific quality patients;in LDL-C and TC between 11 Qi depression patients.The phlegm-dampness constitution of Zhuang and Han nationality is related to BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and UA based on the logisticregression analysis.Yin deficiency constitution is related to BMI,hip circumference,TC,TG and GLU;Yang deficiency constitution is related to TC;damp-heat constitution is related to LDL-C and HDL-C;blood stasis constitution is related to ALT,UA and HDL-C;specific quality was correlated with ALT,TC,TG and LDL-C.However,compared with the same constitution of Qi deficiency and Qi depression in Zhuang and Han nationalities,eleven related risk factors had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Phlegm-dampness and Yin-deficiency are the main types of constitution in hypertension patients of Zhuang and Han nationality in Guangxi,among phlegm-dampness(29.27%)and Yin-deficiency(26.10%).The constitutional types of women with hypertension in Zhuang and Han nationalities are mainly Yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness,while those of men with hypertension are mainly phlegm-dampness.Phlegm-dampness constitution of Zhuang and Han nationality is related to BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and UA;Yin deficiency constitution is related to BMI,hip circumference,TC,TG and GLU;Yang deficiency constitution is related to TC;damp-heat constitution is related to LDL-C and HDL-C;blood stasis constitution is related to ALT,UA and HDL-C.Specific quality is related to ALT,TC,TG and LDL-C.
