Application Of Fuzheng Therapy In The Treatment Of Early Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma With Radio Wave Knife

Objective:The effects of Fuzheng therapy combined with radiofrequency knife on tumor size,alpha-fetoprotein,serum abnormal thromboplastin and ?-glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme ? were observed and compared in the early stage of primary liver cancer treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotactic knife.The statistical principle was used to judge the correlation and evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy on the treatment of early primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)after the radiotapical knife,which provided the clinical basis for the treatment of the early PHC after the radiotapical knife therapy.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with the treatment of early primary liver cancer with radio wave knife and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy.The control group was taken to detect AFP,immediately after admission to the hospital.Serum abnormal thromboplasmogen and ?-glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme ? were examined by MRI to determine the location and size of the tumor,and if necessary,liver puncture was performed to determine the pathological properties.The two groups were treated with conventional dose of radiosurgery,the treatment group was treated mainly by Fuzheng therapy,and the control group was treated with western medicine routine therapy.Comparison of alpha-fetoprotein and abnormal coagulation of serum between two groups after 3 months and 6 months' treatment The changes of tumor size were measured by MRI in order to evaluate the tumor control status of patients with proplasmogen and ?-glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme ?.Results:The results were as follows:(1)by comparing the changes of tumor size between the two groups,there was significant difference in tumor size between the two groups after 3 months(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference in the tumor size between the two groups after 6 months(P < 0.050).(2).Compared with the control group,the serum AFP level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.050),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in 3 months and 6 months.The decrease level of AFP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0 05).(3).The ? glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme ?(GGT-?)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between 3 months and 6 months was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in serum abnormal prothrombin ?(PICKAX-?)between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0 05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months and 6 months(P < 0 05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The changes of tumor size,alpha-fetoprotein,serum abnormal thromboplastin and ?-glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme ? in 120 patients with early primary liver cancer were observed.Conclusion the results show that the treatment of early primary liver cancer with radio wave knife combined with Fuzheng therapy can control the tumor size and decrease the tumor marker AFP,GGT-? more obviously than that treated with radio wave knife alone.The value of PICKAX-? is more advantageous in prolonging the survival time and improving the quality of life of patients with early primary liver cancer.
