The Effects Of Fuzhengxiaojihuayu Pill Combined With Cyber Knife Therapy In Treating Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective: To observe the influence of Fuzhengxiaojihuayu pill combined with cyber knife therapy in tumor size control,Alpha Fetoprotein level,Karnofsky Performance Status Scale,TCM Syndrome,Hepatic function as well as its adverse effects.This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency and safety of Fuzhengxiaojihuayu pills and providing evidence for clinical application.Methods: 60 patients diagnosed with primary liver carcinoma were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group contained 30 cases and were treated using the Fuzheng xiaojihuayu pill combined with cyber knife therapy.The difference of Alpha Fetoprotein level,Karnofsky Performance Status Scale,TCM Syndrome,Hepatic function control and adverse effects were collected for comparison.2 months after treatment,the liver CT was used to evaluate the effect of tumor control.Results:(1)The comparison of tumor size control between two groups shows the efficiency rate of treatment group was 86.7% and the control group was 76.6% with statistical significance.and there's no statistically significant(P > 0.05);(2)serum AFP level: AFP level of the treatment group decreased and were lower than control group with statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)KPS scores: the KPS score of treatment group was significantly higher than e control group,and the difference hasstatistical significane(P<0.05);(4)comparison between the two groups of TCM syndromes,the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);(5)in the aspect of improving liver function,two groups of patients after treatment of ALT,AST TBIL didn't improve significantly,and there's no statistically significant(P >0.05),ALP decreased obviously after treatment in both groups,the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(6)In terms of adverse effects,the treatment group was better than the control group in controlling the gastrointestinal toxicity,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),but in hepatic toxicity,there's no statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusions: Fuzhengxiaojihuayu pills combined with cyber knife is effective in improving physical function,TCM syndrome,reducing AFP level.and it is best at reducing the gastrointestinal reaction after radiotherapy.
