Study On The Construction Of Stroke Nursing Clinic

Objective:Through the use of scientific and rigorous survey tools and survey methods,the specific content of stroke nursing specialty outpatient service was constructed to provide continuous,high-quality and intimate continuous nursing services for patients after discharge,and stroke health screening for people not admitted to hospital was conducted at the same time.It also provides reference for the establishment of other stroke nursing clinics in China.Methods:1 A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 220 stroke patients who were about to be discharged from the department of neurology of a third-class class a hospital in Jing Zhou from January 2018 to May 2018.A questionnaire survey was conducted on their demand after discharge to understand the actual demand of stroke patients after discharge.2 Combined with the needs of patients after discharge,the method of brain storm was applied to classify and summarize the results of patients' demand survey,and sorted out the items of stroke nursing specialty outpatient service.Then,the members of the brainstorming group jointly discussed the location,time arrangement of the consultation room and the qualifications of the staff in the outpatient department of the stroke nursing specialty,and other outpatient service contents.After the merger,the first draft of the content of the stroke nursing specialty outpatient service was determined.3 By applying Delphi method and through two rounds of expert consultation and feedback,the localized content framework of the specialized outpatient service of stroke nursing was finally determined.4 SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the results obtained from the survey.Results:1 In terms of patients' needs after discharge,health education and nursing needs,rehabilitation guidance and nursing needs and life nursing needs rank top three.2 Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted on the questionnaire items constructed for the stroke nursing specialty outpatient service,in which the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100%,the coefficient of authority of the experts was 0.89,the average score of each item in the first round was > 4.33,the coefficient of coordination was 0.156,and the coefficient of variation was 0.05-0.22.In the second round,the average score of each entry was > 4.33,the coordination coefficient was 0.279,and the coefficient of variation was 0.05-0.20.The full score rate of the two rounds ranged from 0.22 to 0.91,and the P values were both 0.00.3 Constructed including stroke care nursing time and specific location,begin office layout,stroke care composition,qualification and responsibility of the nursing staff,stroke care specialist out-patient service project specific content of three dimensions,a total of 26 items based on the needs of patients with stroke care specialist out-patient content project's final version.Conclusion:The specific content items of stroke nursing specialty outpatient service were constructed.By calculating the experts' positive coefficient,authority degree and other aspects,it was proved that the experts in this study had high enthusiasm,good representativeness and high importance,and the results could be adopted.
