Objective:To constructive a precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome,and to describe the lipidomic profiling of the plasma in a precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods:To observe the symptoms of 3 groups female rats,a precocious puberty with phlegm-dampness group,a precocious puberty without phlegm-dampness group and a blank control group,and to conduct an open-field test to explore methods for systematically evaluating animal model with the disease.Then,untargeted lipidomics using LC-MS with multivariate analysis was applied to describe the lipidomic profiling of plasma in a precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome.Results:Body weight in the 4-week-old female offspring of the precocious puberty with phlegm-dampness group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group(P<0.05);the weight of the precocious puberty with phlegm-dampness group was also decreased than the precocious puberty without phlegm-dampness group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the groups of young rats.Compared with a precocious puberty rat without phlegm-dampness group,there are 4 species lipids:cholesteryl ester,phosphatidylethanolar'mine,phosphatidylcholine,phosphatidylinositol was increased in a precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome,with 3 species lipids:diacylglycerols,triacylglycerol,free fatty acid was down.Conclusion:It can better distinguish the lipid alterations in plasma of a precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome and a precocious puberty without phlegm-dampness by using LC-MS with multivariate analysis.And describe the lipidomic profiling of precocious puberty.The findings reveal that lipid changes may be related to high fat diet.Meanwhile,the construction and method for evaluating precocious puberty rat model with phlegm-dampness syndrome remains to be futher investigated.
