Objective:By comparing the curative effect of oral decoction of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine tripryline acetate for injection(diphereline)in the treatment of precocious puberty, the efficacy and safety of selfdesigned anti-precocious prescription no.2 were judged.By observing the lipid metabolism index, serum leptin and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein content, the relationship between obesity and precocious puberty was further discussed. Methods:A total of 50 children with precocious puberty who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group, and children in western medicine group were divided into normal weight group and supergroup according to body mass index.Resistance to Chinese traditional medicine group to the selfdesigned anti-precocious prescription no.2,western medicine group with tripryline acetate for injection(diphereline),a course of 6 months, for all children before and after treatment were recorded physique indexes and TCM symptom integral, and detect the lipid metabolism index, serum leptin and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, and the efficacy was finally comprehensively evaluated, and the relationship between obesity and precocious puberty was further discussed,as well as the effect of GnRHa on lipid metabolism in children. Results:Different treatments of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of children with precocious puberty, and there is no significant difference in the total effective rate(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of the western medicine group is higher. There was no significant improvement in LH and FSH levels and bilateral ovarian volume in children with precocious puberty in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).However,LH and FSH levels in children with precocious puberty in the western medicine group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and FSH levels decreased more significantly.Bilateral ovarian volume also decreased significantly in children with precocious puberty(P<0.05).BA/CA levels were significantly improved before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.01).After treatment, breast development stages, vaginal secretions and secondary symptoms scores in the TCM group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Before and after treatment, children in the western medicine group showed no significant improvement in symptoms such as limb drowsiness.fatigue and prophylaxis(P>0.05).while the remaining symptoms were all improved((P<0.O5).The improvement of breast development, ovarian volume and vaginal secretion in the western medicine group xwas better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The effect of TCM group on improving the secondary symptoms of children's body drowsiness, weakness, prone to lying down, sticky mouth.unadjustable stool, and thick and greasy tongue coating was better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant diffcrence between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group in improving the secondary symptoms of children's body obesity and their preference for eating fat and sweet food(P>0.05).The BAI level of the super-recombinant children was significantly higher than that of the normal weight group(P<0.O5).After GnRHa treatment,TC and A-FABP levels in children with precocious puberty decreased.but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).TG and BAI levels decreased significantly(P<0.05),and HDL and LDL levels increased significantly(P<0.05).During the treatment of GnRHa,BMI and leptin levels in children showed a significant upward trend(P<0.01).BAI was positively correlated with BMI and hip circumference(P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with age, height, weight and lipid metabolism(P>0.05).There was significant positive correlation between A-FABP level and leptin level(P<0.01),but no significant correlation with other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The anti-precocious prescription no.2 can effectively improve breast development and delay bone maturation in children, and has more significant advantages in improving phlegm-dampness obstructing systemic syndrome.2.Children with central precocious puberty with phlegm-dampness obstructing tend to have abnormal lipid metabolism.GnRHa treatment had a certain effect on lipid metabolism of children with precocious puberty.During the treatment,BMI and leptin levels of children increased significantly.3.BAI level showed a significant positive correlation with BMI and hip circumference of the children, and the calculation was simple,so it could be more ob.jective and accurate to judge the obesity degree of children in clinical practice.
