Clinical Observation Of Chaibei Xuanxia Decoction In Treating Thyroid Nodules With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Purpose:Through theoretical discussion,the research on thyroid nodules and cyclomastopathy in terms of pathogenesis,treatment and correlation.Observe the efficacy and safety of Chaibei Xuanxia Decoction in the treatment of thyroid nodules complicated with cyclomastopathy,and provide basis for the promotion of the prescription.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of thyroid nodules,cyclomastopathy and TCM Syndrome of Qi Stagnation and Phlegm Blockage,60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(30 cases)was given orally to Xiaojin Capsule,and the treatment group(3()cases)was treated with Chaiba Xuanxia Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 6 months,and the drug was discontinued during menstruation.The clinical manifestations,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,breast pain,breast mass size,breast mass texture,thyroid function,liver function and kidney function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:A fter statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).?The clinical effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).?The curative effect of TCM syndromes:The clinical symptoms of TCM were significantly improved after treatment in both groups.The TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more advantageous than the control group.?The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules:Compared with before treatment,the diameter of the largest thyroid nodules in the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and The degree of reduction in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).?The breast pain,breast mass size and breast mass texture:After treatment,the scores of breast pain,mass size and mass texture in the two groups were significantly lower than those before reatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of breast pain and mass texture of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),but the difference of the breast mass size score of the treatment group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).?Thyroid function:The thyroid function of both groups was normal before and after treatment.?Safety indicators:The blood,urine,feces and liver and kidney function tests are in the normal range before and after treatment.During the treatment,the patients have no allergies,gastrointestinal discomfort,etc.ConcIusions:The curative effect of Chaibei Xuanxia Decoction combined with Xiaojin Capsule in the treatment of thyroid nodules complicated with cyclomastopathy is significantly better than that of Xiaojin Capsule alone.lt can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce thyroid nodules and breast mass,and relieve breast pain,which deserves further research and promotion.
