| Object:To verify the clinical efficacy of Huatan Jiening Paste sonophoresis in the treatment of nodular scrofula,and to analyze the mechanism of its effect.Methods:128 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Huatan Jiening Paste sonophoresis group),control group 1(blank sonophoresis group),control group 2(rifampicin sonophoresis group),control group 3(Huatan Jiening Paste external application group),32 cases in each group.After 14 days of treatment,the efficacy,safety indicators and immune indexes of the four group were observed and analyzed.Results:1.The effective rates of control group 1,control group 2,control group 3 and treatment group were 51.61%,77.42%,76.67%and 93.75%respectively;the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of other three groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.The changes of TCM syndrome points,transverse diameter of lymph nodes,aspect ratio of lymph nodes and T-SPOT level in the treatment group were obvious before and after treatment,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The changes of TCM syndrome points,transverse diameter and aspect ratio of lymph nodes in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the three control groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.The levels of IL-10,IFN-?,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group changed visibly before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Huatan Jiening Paste combined with sonophoresis treating nodular scrofula can make the local pathologic lymph nodes shrink distinctly,change the TCM syndrome points significantly,and reduce the level of T-SPOT.2.This method in treating nodular scrofula is effective.It maybe related to the level of IL-10 in patients'peripheral blood reduced,and the levels of IFN-?,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+increased.3.Huatan Jiening Paste combined with sonophoresis treating nodular scrofula is effective,safe and reliable with low side effects,which is worth popularizing. |
