| Two traditional medicinal plants of Menispermaceae family were selected,so this thesis was composed of two chapters.In the chapter 1,we showed the chemical components from Sino,menium acutum,and the activities screening of these isolated and identified compounds were also included.The chemical constituents and activities of Stephania epigaea Lo were studied in the chapter 2.Both two plants contain abundant alkaloids,which have complex chemical structures and diverse biological activities.Through literature research,it was found that the major components in S.acutum and S.epigaea have been used in clinical practice.And a large number of pharmacological studies have been conducted on the major components,but few studies have been conducted on other chemical components and their pharmacological activities.We expected to find out more other chemical components from S.acutum and S.epigaea,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further study of their biological activities and comprehensive development.1.Chemical constituents and antiangiogenic activities from S,acutum.As a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history in the folk,S.acutum is the dry stem of S.acutum from Sinomenium of Menispermaceae family.Sinomenine,which was largely separated from S.acutum,has been used in the clinical treatment of rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis.In this paper,27 compounds,including 2 new compounds were isolated and elucidated from S.acutum by various chromatographic techniques and various spectral methods.The structure types of 23 isoquinoline alkaloids included morphine,apocrine,benzylisoquinoline,berberine type alkaloids,and other compounds,as well as two amides alkaloids,one lignans,one coumarin.In addition,these compounds were evaluated the antiangiogenic activities.The result showed that the known compound 12-16 had antiangiogenic activities.2.Chemical constituents and antiangiogenic activities from S.epigaea.Stephania(Menispermaeeae)is wide variety of plant species,which is rich in chemical components and has obvious pharmacological effects,so its medicinal value is extremely high.S.epigaea was widely used in folk medicine to treat rheumatic bone pain,stomachache,venomous snake bite and so on.The major components cepharanthine and cycleanine,have been used in clinical practice with remarkable effects.In this paper,14 alkaloids,including new one,were obtained from S.epigaea by extraction,separation and identification.All compounds were isoquinoline alkaloids,and their structure types included apocrine,pro apocrine,morphine,proberberine and dibenzylisoquinoline type alkaloids.These compounds have been tested for their antiangiogenic activities,and compounds 5-7 showed antiangiogenic activities. |
