Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis By The Method Of Knee Balance Adjustment Under The Guidance Of The Theory Of Differentiation And Treatment

Objective:1 To verify the effectiveness and safety of knee balance method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis under the guidance of the theory of argumentation and treatment.2 To explore the clinical mechanism of the knee balance adjustment method under the guidance of the theory of argumentation and treatment,and to lay a theoretical foundation for the promotion and application of this technique in clinical practice.Method:This topic using randomized controlled experiment design method,collecting conforms to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,72 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled group,72 cases fit the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria observer randomly divided into traditional massage and leveraging the massage group,two groups of Numbers are in 36 cases.After treatment the two groups before and after treatment with clinical efficient or Western Ontario McMaster university Osteoarthritis Index Score(Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)and Visual Analogue Scale method(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)as a means of evaluation,the differentiation under the guidance of the theory of knee on distinguishing tuning method and the traditional massage treatment of knee Osteoarthritis clinical curative effects.Results:A total of 72 patients were included,including 4 cases of shedding,68 cases remaining,and 34 cases in the treatment group(2 cases of shedding).Control group 34cases(2 cases of shedding).The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and82.35% in the control group.After rank sum test,P=0.028 was obtained,showing a significant difference,indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 The method of regulating the balance of the knee under the guidance of the theory of argumentation and treatment can obviously improve the therapeutic effect of traditional massage on knee osteoarthritis.2 This method can optimize the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by massage,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
