Clinical Observation Of "Xin Wei" Decoction Combined With Dalitong Granules Treatment Of Epigastric Pain Of Liver-stagnation And Spleen-deficiency Type

Objective:The chief purpose of this research is to compare the Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect、the TCM symptoms score and drug safety and other aspects before and after treatment to investigate whether XinWei Decoction Combined with Dalitong Granules treatment is effective to treat Epigastric pain of Liver-stagnation and Spleen-deficiency Type.Methods:All of the100cases were selected from the digestive outpatient department of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from2013June to2013December. According to the registration order, patients were divided into two groups:the chinese medicine group ("Xin Wei" Decoction Combined with Dalitong Granules treatment group) and the western medicine group (Mosapride treatment group)with50cases in each. Compared the gender, age, severity of two groups of patients through statistical analysis, they are not statistically significant(P>0.05) and comparable.The western medicine group received Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets(5mg po. tid), and the chinese medicine group received Traditional Chinese herb of "Xin Wei" Decoction, a daily, two hours of oral sooner or later, with the treatment of Dalitong Granules (6g po. tid).For a eight week course of treatment, two groups of patients were taking a course of treatment. Enjoined all of the patients to discontinue other drugs directly related to the treatment and cold spicy greasy food,kept bland diet and kept the good mood.Compared and make a detailed record of the Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, the TCM symptoms score and drug safety and other aspects before and after treatment. The collected data using SPSS17.0statistical software package, according to the measurement data using t test; count data using chi-square test; grade data using rank sum test, statistical analysis.Results:1. Before and after treatment curative effect comparison: comparative effectiveness of syndromes:Chinese traditional medicine group total effective rate was94%, the western medicine group (86%); Western medicine curative effect comparison:Chinese traditional medicine group effective rate was94%, the western medicine group was88%. Scores before and after treatment the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is superior to western medicine group.2. Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison:after treatment, compared to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group integral, there were significant differences (P<0.05); Chinese traditional medicine group compared before and after treatment, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01); There was a significant difference before and after contrast, western medicine treatment group (P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine.3. Changes of the illness severity:the two groups after treatment the degree of illness weight change was were obviously improved, the but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group.4.The comparison of adverse drug reactions:traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) the incidence of adverse reactions than western medicine group, was statistically significant (P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine.Conclusion:This topic intends to investigate the availability of "Xin Wei" Decoction Combined with Dalitong Granule treating Epigastric pain of Liver-stagnation and Spleen-deficiency Type from the Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, the TCM symptoms score and drug safety."Xin Wei" Decoction Combined with Dalitong Granules can promote qi circulation and relieve depression, tonify spleen and harmonize the stomach,and keep sleep peacefully.
