Objective: To investigate the prevalence of autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD)in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of SLE and AITD.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data and laboratory examinations of 151 SLE patients from January 2013 to December 2017 in 967 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The SLE patients were divided into AITD group and control group. The age, course of disease, body weight, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, leukocyte, platelet, blood potassium, blood calcium, blood sugar, high density lipoprotein, blood platelet, blood pressure, blood pressure, blood pressure Cholesterol level, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxalate aminotransferase, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen,24-hour urinary protein quantification, immunoglobulin level, complement level,C-reactive protein, glomerular filtration rate, female, lupus nephritis incidence, positive anti-ds DNA antibody, hypertension prevalence, rash, oral ulcer, joint pain and alopecia were included in the table.T test,U test and ?2 test were used for statistical analysis, and the selected influencing factors were included in logistic regression analysis.SPSS 20.0statistical software was used for analysis. The difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results: Among the 151 patients with SLE,87(57.6%)had AITD,of which 56(64.3%)had normal thyroid function,2(2.3%)had hyperthyroidism,7(8%)had subclinical hyperthyroidism,4(4.5%)had hypothyroidism, and 18(21%)had subclinical hypothyroidism. The factors of female, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, blood sugar, urea nitrogen,anti-ds-DNA,C-reactive protein and hypertension in AITD group were higher than those in control group(SLE patients without AITD),and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly lower than that in control group(p < 0.05).There were no significant differences in age, course of disease, weight, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, leukocyte, platelet, blood potassium, blood calcium, high density lipoprotein, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase, serum creatinine,24-hour urinary protein quantification, immunoglobulin level, complement level, incidence of lupus nephritis, rash, oral ulcer, joint pain and alopecia between the two groups. In order to further study the risk factors of SLE with AITD,the factors of female, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, blood sugar, urea nitrogen,anti-ds-DNA level, glomerular filtration rate,C-reactive protein and hypertension prevalence were included in the multivariate binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that cholesterol and glomerular filtration rate were independent risk factors for SLE with AITD.Conclusion: The incidence of AITD in SLE patients is high, and hypothyroidism is the highest. The prevalence of cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, blood sugar, urea nitrogen,anti-ds-DNA,glomerular filtration rate,C-reactive protein and hypertension will increase in SLE patients with AITD.Glomerular filtration rate and cholesterol level are independent risk factors for SLE patients with AITD.We should pay attention to the results of thyroid function, thyroid antibody, renal function and blood lipid tests.
