Objective: 1.To analyze and discuss the status and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in primary caregivers of SLE patients;2.Provide theoretical reference for early intervention of anxiety and depression in primary caregivers of SLE patients.Method: Questionnaire method was adopted.The primary caregivers of 98 SLE patients who were hospitalized or outpatients at the North Jiangsu People's Hospital from June 2018 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.98 SLE patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,SAS Scale,and SDS Scale.The main caregiver conducted a questionnaire survey.Result: The anxiety scores of the primary caregivers of 98 patients with SLE were(35.97±10.46),which was higher than the domestic norm anxiety score(29.78 ± 10.07).The difference was statistically significant(t=5.86,P<0.001);SLE patients The main caregiver's depression score was(37.41±11.28),which was higher than the domestic norm(33.46±8.55),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.47,P<0.001).The anxiety scores of the main caregivers of the patients who were unemployed,the SLEDAI scores were active,and those with renal or nervous system involvement were significantly higher than those of the other groups.The anxiety scores of the primary caregivers were significantly higher than those of the other groups.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).The unemployed patients,the SLEDAI scores in the active phase,and the patients with neurological involvement were significantly higher in the depression scores than the other subgroups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anxiety in primary caregivers of SLE patients was 16.3%,and the incidence of depression was 23.5%.12.2% of SLE patients had anxiety and depression at the same time.The incidence of anxiety in primary caregivers of SLE patients was statistically different in patients with SLEDAI scores,patient nervous system,blood system,and lung involvement.In terms of gender,age,marital status,relationship type,education level,stable residence,understanding of the patient's condition,patient gender,patient age,patient's marital status,patient's work status,type of medical insurance,patient's family history of rheumatism,There was no significant difference in the incidence of anxiety among the primary caregivers of SLE patients in terms of duration of disease and review cycle.The incidence of depression in the primary caregivers of SLE patients was statistically significant in terms of SLEDAI scores,patient neurological and cardiovascular involvement,gender,age,marital status,relationship type,educational level,stable residence of the primary caregiver Whether the patient's condition is known,the patient's gender,the patient's age,the patient's marital status,the patient's work status,the type of medical insurance,the patient's family history of rheumatism,the course of the disease,and the review cycle,etc.The rate was not statistically significant.The anxiety of the primary caregiver in SLE patients is related to the SLEDAI score,the patient's anxiety and depression,the type of relationship,and the involvement of the lungs.The depression of the primary caregiver in SLE patients is related to the SLEDAI score of the patient,the anxiety and depression of the patient,and the involvement of the blood system.Sex.Conclusion: The main caregivers of SLE patients have more serious anxiety and depression,and their mental health is affected by many factors.The main caregivers of patients with severe illness and unemployed are more likely to develop anxiety and depression,and their children are more prone to anxiety and depression.
