Objective To compare the normal values and waveform characteristics of click-ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR in infants with normal hearing.The study included I wave,III wave,V wave latency,threshold and V wave amplitude,which provid data reference for clinical application of CE-chirp LS ABR.Methods Subjects underwent routine otological examination and evaluation.After sedation,click-ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR tests were conducted in the sound insulation shielding room for normal hearing subjects.Finally,the test results were saved and analyzed.Results ①3-6 months old group,in two ears,there were significant differences between click ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR in I wave,Ⅲ wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between V wave latency and auditory threshold(P>0.05).②6-12 months old group,in left ear,there were significant differences between click ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR in I wave,Ⅲ wave,V wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05),but no significant difference in hearing threshold(P>0.05);In right ear,there were significant differences in 1 wave,Ⅲ wave,V wave latency,auditory threshold and V wave amplitude(P<0.05).③12-24 months old group,in left ear,there were significant differences between click ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR in I wave,Ⅲ wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between V wave latency and auditory threshold(P>0.05).In right ear,there were significant differences in I wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05),but no significant difference in III wave,V wave latency and auditory threshold(P>0.05).④2-5 years old group,in left ear,there was no significant difference between click ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR of auditory threshold(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between I wave,III wave,V wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05);In right ear,there were significant differences in I wave,V wave latency,auditory threshold and V wave amplitude(P<0.05),only III wave latency was no significant difference(P>0.05).⑤Four groups of subjects,there were significant differences between click ABR and CE-chirp LS ABR in I wave latency and V wave amplitude(P<0.05).Conclusion The V wave amplitude of CE-chirp LS ABR is large,the V wave is well differentiated and the threshold is easy to distinguish,so it can be used in ABR threshold test.However,in some age groups,attention should be paid to the problem of latency,and caution should be taken when clinical use is only used to detect the latency of infants and young children.
