Objective:Understand the relationship between urinary iodine levels in pregnant women and thyroid autoantibodies. Methods:We selected pregnant women who were screened for thyroid function and urinary iodine in our hospital from September to May 20,2016.The data were complete and 1498 patients met the inclusion criteria(441 in early pregnancy,800 in the second trimester,257 in third trimester). For the study, the positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies and the relationship with thyroid function indicators and iodine nutritional status were analyzed. Results:The positive rates of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)in pregnant women in early, middle and late stages were 31.7%,15.9%,and 6.6%,respectively.The positive rates of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)were 28.6%and 20.4%,respectively.13.6%,the positive rate of both antibodies decreased with pregnancy(TGAb X~2=77.37,P<0.05/TPOAb X~2=23.010,P<0.05).2 In this study, pregnant women, iodine deficiency, iodine content, iodine excess, and iodine excess accounted for 47.8%,33.8%,14.9%,and 3.5%,respectively.The positive rate of the two antibodies was compared with the iodine deficiency group, the iodine supercapsule and the iodine excess group. The positive rate of the two antibodies was statistically significant compared with the iodine deficiency group. The iodine proper group compared with the iodine excess group. The positive rate difference was statistically significant.4 By age group, there was no statistical difference in TgAb positive rate with age;TPOAb positive rate was statistically different with age(X~2=18.392,P<0.05).5Controlling age and gestational age correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between TPOAb and TSH(r=0.233 P<0.00).Conclusion:Immune deficiency in pregnant women in the region, iodine deficiency and iodine excess are risk factors for the increase of TPOAb and TGAb positive rates in pregnant women.
