The Study Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding By Xi-cleft Points And Eight Influential Points Combination For Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:To bjectively evaluate the clinical efficacies and Changes of estradiol for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by acupoint catgut embedding of the Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination,and explore the mechanism of action by the treatment of the Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination treating pointsprimary dysmenorrhea,and to provide a reference for clinic treatment of PD.Methods: A total of 90 patients with PD were randomly divided into three groups: the Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination group,the common point group and the oral Medicine group.The Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination group was based on he common point group added Xi-cleft point and eight influential points,the main points were Diji?Zhongdu?Shuiquan?Geshu?Danzhong?Zhongji?Sanyinjiao and Ciliao.The main points of the common point group were Diji ?Zhongji?Sanyijiao?Ciliao.The patients in oral Medicine group were toke orally buprofen Sustained-Release Capsules.The patients of the Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination group,and the common point group were treated by acupoint catgut embedding while ten days after the onset of menstruation.And the treatment was once tendays,each menstrual cycle is treated 2 times,with a total of 3 menstrual cycles.and the oral Medicine group was also orally buprofen Sustained-Release Capsules0.3g in every morning and evening after dinner when menstrual pain,and the treatment lasted three days with a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Compared cymptoms of Dysmenorrhea pain VAS score,integral,estradiol in serum concentration and Clinical Efficacy in the three groups before ?after treatment and 3 months after stopping treatment.Results :The study included 90 patients with PD,finally completed in 85 cases,5 cases of falling off:(1)The results of after the end of the treatment of three groups of patients with symptoms of Dysmenorrhea? pain VAS score and integral were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Comparative differences between treatment groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The group of Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination total effective rate was 96.43%;The group of common point total effective rate was 82.76%;The group of oral Medicine total effective rate was 64.29%.The difference of the three groups was statistically analyzed by p<0.05.From the above it,the three groups can alleviate symptoms in patients with PD.The group of Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination than the other two groups.The results of 3 months after stopping treatment:(1)Comparative differences between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)After stopping the treatment of 3 months compared with the Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination group and the common point group treatment differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Group to stop treating oral and Western medicine in 3 months compared with the end of the treatment differences arestatistically significant(P<0.05),Compared with the Treatment of Anterior no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of synthetic effect 3 months after stopping treatment:The group of Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination total effective rate was 96.43%;The group of common point total effective rate was 79.31%;The group of oral Medicine total effective rate was 46.43%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the above it,After stopping treating 3 mouth,The group of Xi-cleft points and eight influential points combination than the other two groups,and the common point group than the oral Medicine group,there is poor long-term outcome in Oral medicine group.Conclusions:(1)Acupoint catgut embedding of the Xi-cleft point and eight influential points combination can effectively relieve PD,Its analgesic effects of recent and long-term effects are better than ordinary point Group and oral medicine group.(2)Appoint catgut embedding of the Xi-cleft point and eight influential points combination can reduce serum estradiol levels effectively in patients with PD to alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms.(3)Xi-cleft point and eight influential points combination can compensate for the lack of a single point and make it more effective.
