Clinical Significance Of Ki-67 And Preoperative Inflammation Markers In Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:explore the relationship between expression index of ki-67,preoperative inflammatory index and clinicopathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:1.Data of 90 patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)were collected.2.Preoperative inflammatory indexes of HCC patients and those of healthy subjects(40 cases)who underwent physical examination at the same time were collected,which include neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR),lymphocyte-monocyte ratio(LMR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR).3.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect ki-67 expression in 90 HCC tissues,and the expression intensity was divided into strong positive,weak positive and positive.4.The relationship between ki-67 expression level and the clinicopathological characteristics of HCC was analyzed;the relationship between the expression level of ki-67 and the optimal preoperative sensitivity of inflammatory factors in HCC patients was analyzed.5.The optimal sensitive truncation values of preoperative inflammatory indicators NLR,LMR and PLR in HCC patients were calculated by ROC curve.The correlation between the sensitive critical value of three inflammatory indicators and the pathological and clinical data of HCC was analyzed,and the statistical method was Spearman correlation test.Results:1.The optimal sensitivity,sensitivity and specificity of NLR,LMR and PLR were 1.66,61.8,67.5;3.21,32.7,92.5;and 64.57,38.2,100.0 respectively by using ROC curve lock.2.Using Spearman correlation test,the results showed that NLR was positively correlated with child-pugh grading,TNM staging and differentiation degree of HCC(P<0.05),and PLR was positively correlated with viral hepatitis(P<0.05).3.The expression rate of ki-67 in HCC was 100%,weak positive ki-67 index was 28%,positive ki-67 index was 32%,and strong positive ki-67 index was 40%,and the expression intensity of ki-67 was positively correlated with the differentiation degree of HCC(P<0.05).4.NLR and PLR were positively correlated with ki-67 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of ki-67 and the high preoperative NLR are closely related to the development of HCC,which can indirectly predict the prognosis of HCC.
