| Objective:To analyze the clinical and pathological features of Korean and Han Chinese idiopathic membranous nephropathy in Yanbian area, and to explore the differences between Korean and Han nationality in idiopathic membranous nephropathy,to risk stratification in patients early in the disease, and to accurately identify high-risk patients.Help choose the right clinical treatment strategy. Methods:A total of 107 patients with membranous nephropathy who underwent renal biopsy and were diagnosed with idiopathic membranous nephropathy from 2013 to 2018 were enrolled.Ethnic groups including the Korean and Han nationalities, gender classification and age classification, observation of urine routine, urine sediment,24-hour urine protein quantification, biochemical serum test total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, triglycendes, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, comparison Clinical manifestations, estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),and renal pathology were assessed using Ehrenreich-Churg staging.Results:1 Among 107 patients with membranous nephropathy, the number of Korean patients was 22,85 were Han,Korean males accounted for 14(63.6%),Han males accounted for 49(57.6%),male prevalence was higher than females, but the difference was not statistical.2.Korean patients with membranous nephropathy account for a higher proportion(45.5%)in the 51-60 years old,Han patients with membranous nephropathy account for a higher proportion(31.6%)in the 41-50 age group, and Korean age is 51-At the age of 60,the age of onset of Han was 41-50,and the difference was statistically significant.3.There were no significant differences in the results of hemoglobin, hematocrit, total plasma protein, total cholesterol,triglyceride,24 h urine protein quantitation between the two groups of patients with membranous nephropathy. The Han nationality was low,and the urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate were higher than those of the Han nationality. The difference was statistically significant4.The main clinical manifestations of Korean and Han nationality were nephrotic syndrome 19(86.4%)and 63(74.1%).The clinical manifestations of Korean and Han people with microscopic hematuria were 19(86.4%),70(82.4%)?and hypertension were 12(54.5%),24(28.2%),and Koreans and Hans with renal insufficiency were 6(27.3%)and 6(7.1%)respectively.Comparing the clinical manifestations of Korean and Han nationality,Korean patients with hypertension and The proportion of renal insufficiency was higher than that of the Han nationality, and the difference was statistically significant5.The pathological stage of membranous nephropathy in Korean and Han nationality was mainly stage Ⅱ,accounting for 19(86.4%)and 65(76.5%),respectively,and was not statistically significantConclusion:1 Among the Korean and Han patients in Yanbian area, the age of onset of Korean patients is 51-60 years old,and the age of onset of Han patients is 41-50 years old.2.Korean patients with IMN have lower albumin than Han,and urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate are higher than those of Han.3.The proportion of Korean patients with hypertension and renal insufficiency was higher in the clinical manifestations than in the Han nationality. |
