Objective:To compare the clinical characteristics and survival rates of two special types of endometrial carcinoma:serous carcinoma(UPSC),clear cell carcinoma(UCCC)and carcinosarcoma(CS).Methods:Clinic data was collected in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Tumor Hospital during 2010.1-2015.3.Results:The mean age of onset was58.38±7.63age,58.52±9.38age,and 69.33±3.45 age separately, the difference with statistical significance. The proportions of UPSC,UCCC and CS patients in BMI(30Kg/m~2),tumor size(2cm),cell differentiation, surgical stage, positive rate of ascites cytology, and greater omentum metastasis were different, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of ascites cytology and greater omentum metastasis in UPSC patients were both higher than those in UCCC and CS patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).42 cases of patients with serous carcinoma recurrence rate was 59.5%(25/42),of which the distance of blood vessels-the most common,56.0%(14/25).8 cases of pelvic and vaginal stump recurrence in patients are pure chemotherapy after surgery patients, the recurrence rate was 32.0%(8/25),recurrence in patients with the overall median survival time was 13.0 months(6 to 36 months),2 year survival rate is 32.0%;The recurrence rate of10 patients with UCCC was 30.0%(3/10),the overall median survival time of the patients with recurrence was 24.5 months(11-32 months),and the 2-year survival rate was 66.7%.The recurrence rate of 6 patients with CS was 83.3%(5/6),the overall median survival time of the patients with recurrence was 9 months(1-25 months),and the 2-year survival rate was 20.0%.There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate of serous carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma and carcinosarcoma(P>0.05).The 3-year survival rates of carcinosarcoma, serous carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma were 16.67%,54.76%and 70.00%,respectively.The prognosis of patients with CS and UPSC was significantly worse than that of patients with UCCC(P=0.006).Conclusions:The clinical characteristics and prognosis of UPSC,UCCC and CS are different, and treatment should be treated differently.
