Endometrium Clear cell carcinoma (ECCC) is a specific pathological typeof endometrial Carcinoma, its incidence is approximately2%~4%of endometrialcancer[3], five-year survival rate is only52%[4], and its incidence has increased inrecent years[1].ECCC malignancy is high, early vulnerable to distant organs andlymph node metastasis, invasion and metastasis rate significantly higher than theendometrioid adenocarcinoma, uterine cavity lesions could not predict the size ofdepth of myometrial invasion and there are no transfers outside the Palace[5].Lack ofeffective methods of diagnosis and treatment about ECCC, so read through theanalysis of literature, both at home and abroad in recent years about diagnosis andtreatment of endometrial clear cell carcinoma reviews of new ideas, new methods, andto encourage clinicians to enhance awareness of the ECCC, provide clinicians withnew ideas, update of the diagnosis and treatment therapies.Origin of the ECCC as amullerian duct, a pure clear cell carcinoma less common, often mixed with other typesexist, a worse prognosis. Its etiology is unknown, but closely related to P53mutations.Clinical diagnosis of the ECCC, currently under hysteroscope inendometrial biopsies is considered to be the diagnostic gold standard. Imaging basedon Doppler ultrasound, CT and MRI examinations.Molecular biological studiesindicate that the HNF1beta, HE4, CDC25, LICAM, ck7and cyclingE higherexpression in the ECCC, tumor markers in early diagnosis of ECCC is expected tobecome, but it will take more cases confirmed.Surgery is the preferred treatment ofECCC. Comprehensive surgical staging in patients with early is essential. Reductionof tumor cells in patients with advanced, later of re-operation after interventionaltherapy in patients with ECCC may improve prognosis. Postoperative adjuvantchemotherapy and radiation therapy improves the prognosis. Molecular targeted drugshave a certain effect on ECCC, but has not been widely used in clinical, pendingfurther experimental studies to prove their safety and effectiveness.
