Objective:To investigate the correlation between rs3129882 polymorphism of PARK18 gene and sporadic Parkinson's disease in Xinjiang region,to investigate t-he difference of immunoglobulin level(IgG,IgA,IgM)between SPD group and co-ntrol group,and to investigate the relation between the rs3129882 polymorphism of PARK18 gene and the level of immunoglobulins.Methods:A total of 193 SPD p-atients were selected as case group and 232 healthy patients with matched age and sex were selected as control group.The rs3129882 polymorphism of PARK18 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),agarose gel electrophoresis(AGE)and DNA direct sequencing.The levels of immunoglobulins in two groups were d-etected by special protein analyzer.Results:The genotype frequency of rs3129882were 16.1%for AA,44.0%for AG,39.9%for GG in SPD group and 15.9%for AA,45.7%for AG,38.4%for GG in control group.There was no significant dif-ference in genotype frequencies between two groups(?~2=0.128,P>0.05).The alle-le frequency were 38.1%for A and 61.9%for G in case group,and 38.8%for A and 61.2%for G in control group.There was no significant difference in the allel-e frequency between the two groups(?~2=0.045,P>0.05).Stratified by gender,the-re was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype frequency and allele frequency between case group and control group(P>0.05).The difference of IgG l-evel between SPD group and control group was statistically significant(t=6.426,P<0.001).IgA level was significantly different between SPD group and control gro-up(t=3.559,P<0.001).IgM level was significantly different between SPD group a-nd control group(t=3.781,P<0.001).Stratified analysis by gender showed statistica-lly significant differences in IgG and IgM levels of male researchers between SPD group and control group(P<0.05).For female researchers,the differences in IgG,I-gA and IgM levels between SPD case group and control group were statistically s-ignificant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of IgG,IgA a-nd IgM among the three genotypes in case group and control group(P>0.05).Str-atified by gender,there was no statistical difference in the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM among the three genotypes in case group and control group(P>0.05).Conclu-sion:The rs3129882 polymorphism of PARK18 gene meight have no correlation w-ith the occurrence of SPD in Xinjiang region,and it meight have no correlation with the levels of immunoglobulins in serum.Serum IgG,IgA and IgM levels of SPD patients in xinjiang were different from that of normal people.
