| Objectives:Investigate the clinical characteristics of 70 cases with abdominal type Henoch-Sch?nlein Purpura(HSP)were analyzed and summarized,to improve the understanding and reduce the misdiagnosis?Methods:The clinical data of abdominal HSP patients were collected and retrospectively analyzed.All measurements were described by means of standard deviation(),and the constituent ratio(%)was used to describe the counting data.Statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Four-table?~2 test was used to compare the differences between groups,P<0.05was statistically significant.Results:Seventy patients were male and female,with an average age of(21.90+18.11)years.There were no significant differences in age,sex,leucocyte,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,urinary protein,abdominal ultrasound with lymph node enlargement and peritoneal effusion between hemorrhagic group and non-hemorrhagic group.There were significant differences in average hospitalization days and intestinal wall thickening. |
