The Study On The Relationship Between Food Intolerance IgG And Serum Specific IgE In Abdominal Type Henoch-Sch(?)nlein Purpura In Children

ObjectiveIn order to compare the food intolerance of IgG detection and serum-specific IgE detection with abdominal hypersensitivity purpura in children,which distinguish between indicators and children with abdominal HSP have a greater relationship between the region to find abdominal HSP children common allergies The original,the disease from the treatment and prevention.MethodIgG was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and serum specific IgE was detected by Western blotting.92 cases of abdominal type HSP patients was collected as the experimental group,30 cases of simple type HSP patients and 30 healthy children as control group.The results of the two groups were compared with the abdominal type HSP in children after chi square test.ResultsThe results of the IgG test showed that 17 cases of the 30 children with simple HSP in the control group were positive,with a positive rate of 56.67%.5 cases were positive in 30 healthy children,and the positive rate was 16.67%.Experimental group:84 cases of food intolerance IgG were positive in 92 cases of abdominal HSP,and the positive rate was 91.30%.There was statistical significance in the experimental group compared with the simple type of HSP group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the experimental group compared with the healthy children group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant between the simple type of HSP children and the healthy children group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed that the IgG results:animal allergens-egg in the first place,followed by codfish,shrimp,milk.The crab and pork and chicken and beef,their sensitization were relatively low.They had high sensitivity by relatively in Soybean,rice,wheat in plant derived allergens.And corn,mushrooms,tomatoes incidence of food intolerance was relatively low.In the serum specific IgE test,15 cases were positive results in 30 cases of simple allergic purpura in control group,and the positive rate was 50%;3 cases were positive in 30 healthy children,and the positive rate was 10%.60 cases were positive in 92 cases of abdominal type HSP patients in the experimental group,and the positive rate was 65.22%.There was no statistical significance in the experimental group compared with the simple type HSP in control group(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the experimental group compared with the healthy children control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant in the simple HSP control group and the healthy children control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed that the IgE results:in inhalant allergens,mold combination and cockroaches and trees combination had higher sensitization.And dust mite assemblages and mugwort and house dust and cat hair and common ragweed,and dog hair,and Humulus had lower sensitization;the food allergens in crab and peanut and the combination of sea fish is had higher sensitization.And soybeans and egg white,and beef and milk,and lamb,and freshwater fish,and shrimp sensitization rate is relatively low.Food intolerance IgG and serum specific IgE test were performed in 92 children with abdominal type HSP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of food intolerance:abdominal type HSP children>children with simple type HSP children>healthy children.The incidence of serum specific IgE:there was no significant difference between children with abdominal type HSP and the simple type HSP,but higher than healthy children.2.Comparison of two methods for detecting abdominal type HSP in children:IgG positive rate of food intolerance is higher than serum specific IgE,which can be used as a sensitive indicator of this disease.3.Test shows that local common allergens:egg yolk/egg white and codfish and shrimp and milk allergic rate is relatively high in animal allergens;Soybean and rice and wheat allergic rate is relatively high in plant-derived.Specific IgE serum test results showed that the fungal combination and cockroach and trees combination mainly in inhaled allergen.Crabs and peanut and fish combination positive rate is relatively higher in food allergen.In clinical practice,avoiding to contact these allergens,the disease can be treated and prevented.
