Objective:To study the high-energy X-ray of the sensitivity of bacteria.Metho ds:Pouring 10ml bacterial suspension(Staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and Fe cal bacteria)into Sterile tubes,and then using 0Gy to 40Gy X-ray to radiate bacteri al suspension,Finally calculating bacterial count and drug resistant.Results:The avera ge of Staphylococcu saureus after radiation from 0 Gy to 40 Gy is 53*10~5/ml,52±1.41*10~5/ml,55.5±0.71*10~5/ml,51±1.14*10~5/ml,47±1.41*10~5/ml,42±1.41*10~5/ml,36±0.71*10~5/ml,32±2.82*10~5/ml,27±1.41*10~5/ml,22±2.82*10~5/ml.There are significant after 15Gy radiation(P<0.05).Getting?y(28)58.711-0.88xliner regression.The average of Escherichia coli after radiation from 0Gy to 40Gy is 256*10~5/ml,256.5±1.41*10~5/ml,257.5±2.12*10~5/ml,259±1.41*10~5/ml,259±5.66*10~5/ml,243.5±2.12*10~5/ml,229.5±4.70*10~5/ml,223±1.41*10~5/ml,217.5±0.71*10~5/ml,210±5.65*10~5/ml,There are significant change after 15Gy radiation(P<0.05).Getting?y(28)266.478-.1352xliner regression.The av erage of Fecal bacteria after radiation from 0Gy to 40Gy is 237*10~5/ml,237±282*10~5/ml,286±7.07*10~5/ml,287±6.36*10~5/ml,245±1.41*10~5/ml,240±3.5*10~5/ml,236±2.8*10~5/ml,213±4.24*10~5/ml,197±1.41*10~5/ml,There are significant from 5Gy to 15Gy and from 35Gy to 40Gy radiation(P<0.05).Getting?y(28)2735.-.1575xliner regression.Radiplogical dose between 0Gy to 40Gy has no effect on drug resistance.Conclusio n:More radiplogical dose of High-energy X-ray,more inhabition of bacteria.Accordi ng to medical result,the bacteria could change in 40 Gy.The exposure dose of rest raining bacteria of high energy X ray is too strong to apply in clinic.
