Objective: To investigate the safety and application value of Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative period of open pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2013 to May 2019.All patients underwent uniform surgery.According to the time division point,27 patients who were treated from October 2013 to September 2016 were divided into traditional groups.24 patients who were treated from October 2016 to May 2019 were divided into ERAS groups. In the ERAS group, the perioperative management mode of Enhanced recovery after surgery was used, and the control group used traditional perioperative management measures. The general condition of the two groups of patients, the preoperative symptoms of the underlying disease, the comorbidities, the postoperative intestinal function recovery time, the first postoperative exhaust time, intraoperative data, postoperative hospital stay, hospitalization costs and postoperative complications The incidence rate, return rate of 30 days after surgery, and other indicators, and statistical analysis. Results:There were no significant differences in the general conditions, age, gender, and preoperative comorbidities between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative data. The Enhanced recovery after surgery group(ERAS group)had more postoperative results than the traditional group. The recovery time of intestinal function was short, the postoperative hospital stay was short, the postoperative complication rate was low,and the total hospitalization cost was less. There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of return to hospital after 30 days. Finally,it is concluded that the perioperative management mode of Enhanced recovery after surgery is safe and effective in pancreaticoduodenectomy, and satisfactory results are obtained. It is known thatEnhanced recovery after surgery can be widely used in open pancreaticoduo Intestinal resection during the perioperative period.
