?Objective? To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on meridian flow theory of 6months on the related physiological and biochemical indicators, quality of life and compliance of nursing program in the continuous nursing care of patients after PCI,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the continuous nursing clinical practice of patients after PCI.?Method? This study included two parts. The first part was to construct the continuous nursing care plan for patients after PCI based on meridian flow theory and to compile the "Questionnaire of Compliance of Continuous Nursing Care Plan for Patients after PCI Based on Meridian flow theory" by using Delphi method. The second part was to evaluate the application effect of this nursing care plan by using the experimental study. The intervention study included a total of 81 patients after PCI,who were divided into intervention group and control group using a random number table,41 in the intervention group and 40 in the control group, respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups. The control group was given routine continuous nursing of the hospital, and individualized rehabilitation guidance was given by evaluating the basic condition of the patients and the risk of postoperative exercise rehabilitation, specifically including exercise, drug, diet, psychology, sleep, smoking cessation, drinking and follow-up guidance after PCI.The intervention group received the continuous nursing intervention based on the meridian flow theory on the basis of the control group, that is,the patients had specific time requirements for exercise, diet, psychology and sleep guidance. The intervention mode and frequency of the two groups were the same, with a total of 6 months of intervention.Therelevant physiological and biochemical indicators and the Chinese Cardiovascular Quality of Life Questionnaire score were collected before intervention and 3 and 6 months after intervention in the both groups. The data of compliance of continuous nursing program based on the meridian flow theory in the intervention group before intervention and 3 and 6 months after intervention were investigated by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.?Results?1.A continuous nursing care program for patients after PCI was formed based on the meridian flow theory, and a questionnaire on the compliance of continuous nursing care program for patients after PCI was developed based on the meridian flow theory. The content validity(I-CVI was greater than 0.78 for all items,0.83 for S-CVI/UA,and 0.97 for S-CVI/Ave)and test-retest reliability(Spearman correlation coefficient >0.8 for all items of the total questionnaire and questionnaire)of the questionnaire met the requirements, suggesting that the questionnaire has good reliability and stability.2.Comparison of relevant physiological and biochemical indicators: after the intervention, the body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and low density lipoprotein levels in the intervention group and control group were lower than those before the intervention, and the differences within the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);3 months and 6months after the intervention, the blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and low density lipoprotein reduction levels in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and 6 months after the intervention, the body mass index reduction levels in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of quality of life: after the intervention, the total score of quality of life and the scores of five dimensions of physical condition, disease condition, general life, social and psychological condition, and work status of the patients in the intervention group and the control group were improved compared with those before the intervention, and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);3 months and 6 months after the intervention, the total score of quality of life and the improvement level of scores of five dimensions of physical condition, disease condition, general life, social and psychological condition, and work status of the patients in the intervention group were better than those inthe control group, and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);after the intervention, the scores of medical condition dimensions of the patients in both groups were not significantly changed, and there was no statistical significance in the difference between the groups and within the groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of compliance and related indicators in the intervention group: after the intervention, the compliance of the continuation care program in the intervention group was improved compared with that before the intervention, and there was a statistically significant difference within the group(P<0.05);after the intervention, the body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and low density lipoprotein reduction levels, and the total score of quality of life and the improvement level of scores of five dimensions of physical status, condition, general life,soc5 ial and psychological status, and work status of the compliant patients in the intervention group was better than that of the non-compliant patients, and there were statistically significant differences between the two types of patients(P<0.05);after the intervention, the medical condition dimension scores of the compliant and non-compliant patients in the intervention group did not change significantly, and there was no statistical significance in the difference between the two types of patients(P>0.05).?Conclusion?Continuation nursing based on meridian flow theory can effectively improve the physiological and biochemical parameters and quality of life of patients after PCI,and the compliance of patients with continuation nursing program,so as to improve the prognosis and promote the recovery of patients.
