ObservationTo observe and study the clinical curative effect of the instructor's empirical prescription of "jianpi yiqi decoction" in the treatment on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with qi failing to control blood, and the influence of this prescription on the laboratory indexes, then objectively and scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of jianpi yiqi decoction in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with with qi failing to control blood.MethodThe patients who met the inclusion criteria were allocated according to 1:1 ratio according to the principle of randomized grouping and concurrent controlled trial. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine basic treatment of western medicine. While the experimental group added the Jianpi yiqi decoction on the basic treatment of western medicine. The two groups were treated for 3 courses(12 weeks).During the treatment period, the patients' vital signs were monitored, and the improvement of TCM symptoms,EO,PLT,urinary sediment erythrocyte,24-hour urinary protein quantification, coagulation function(PT,APTT,FIB)were monitored before and after treatment. The data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Result1.Basic situation comparison:There was no significant difference in age, gender, disease duration,TCM symptoms, curative index, and safety index between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of total efficacy: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The comparison of total effective rate of the two groups was P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM symptoms: The total effective rate was 83.33% in the experimental group and 63.33% in the control group. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of various symptom integral of TCM: After treatment in both groups, the experimental group can significantly improve the symptom integral of TCM of purple spot, lumbar backache, fatigue, poor appetite, dizziness, edema, joint pain and abdominal pain. After statistical comparison, the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of therapeutic indexs: After treatment in both groups, the experimental group can significantly improve the blood routine EO,PLT,coagulation function(PT,APTT,FIB),and reduce 24-hour urinary protein quantification, urinary sediment erythrocyte. After statistical comparison, except for EO,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.6.Comparison of safety indexs: During the course of treatment, there were no significant changes in the safety indexs of the experimental group and the control group, and no adverse reactions occurred. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).ConclusionUsing the instructor's empirical prescription of "jianpi yiqi decoction" in the treatment on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with qi failing to control blood can improve the symptom of TCM of,such as purple spot, lumbar backache, fatigue, poor appetite, dizziness, edema, joint pain and abdominal pain.Meanwhile, the blood routine EO,PLT,24-hour urinary protein quantification, urinary sediment erythrocyte and coagulation function(PT,APTT,FIB)were significantly improved.Except for blood routine EO,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).
