Objective1.To investigate residents,general practitioners and specialists'understanding of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and colorectal cancer.2.To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of opportunistic colorec,al cancer screening.3.Analyze problems and give solutions.MethodsThis paper mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.There are three versions of the questionnaire:residents,general practitioners and specialists.During October 2018 to December 2018,residents and general practitioners from 10 communities in Jinan,as well as general practitioners and specialists from Qi-Lu Hospital of Shandong Uni'versity were surveyed with questionnaires,and all general practitioners from the community were interviewed.A total of 300 valid questionnaires were issued for residents,28 for general practitioners from the community,19 for general practitioners from the hospital and 200 for specialists.EpiData3.1 was used to input the questionnaire and establish a database,and SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis.Descriptive analysis and chi-square test were used for the data processing.All P values in this study indicated a bilateral probability,and the significance level is 0.05.Results1.Residents know very little for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,as well as colorectal cancer.2.General practitioners are more familiar with the content and criteria for two-way referral system than specialists.3.General practitioners and specialists have inadequate knowledge of colorectal cancer screening.4.Specialists screen for colorectal cancer more often than general practitioners.Conclusion1.We should propagandize more about hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and colorectal cancer to the public.2.Doctors should keep learning about colorectal cancer screening,and screen according to local conditions.3.We should develop and improve the two-way referral system,and build medical consortiums for help.4.We should train more excellent general practitioners and improve community-level medical facilities.
